I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from Papa John’s. I ordered two cheese pizzas, and both had undercooked dough. The crust was doughy and soggy in the middle, making it nearly impossible to eat. I’ve had better pizza from frozen brands, honestly. I expect better quality from a chain like this. Won’t be ordering again.

Went in at 1203am to pick up a DoorDash order. They wouldn’t answer the door for almost 10 minutes. Even when I called the person in the office answered the phone and hung up repeatedly. When they finally answered the door I asked to speak to the manager. She told the Employee that she was busy. Called the number on the door and a guy answered and said I have the wrong number.

Ordered from here multiple times the last time will be the last time. I called and asked if the pizza points could be used via phone order or if I have to use them online ( I wanted my pizza in a way they didn’t offer online) The guy on the phone told me they were online only but proceeded to tell me I had to order that way anyway because he was too busy. I was annoyed but I had a free pizza so I ordered online for pick up. I had a decent sized order with a lot of loose sauces and garlic cups, I asked for a bag and the guy working the register ( probably the same one that answered the phone) points to them and told me to get on because he was to busy to help me. The customer service was horrible and I’ll never go back. There are way better pizza places in the area anyway.

Placed an online order charged me twice and didn’t even process it on “their end” but the bank sent it so now I’m down $70 and I dont have a pizza, papa John’s guy told me wait a couple days. Great business to freeze up more than one of their employees daily wages for an issue on their end jokes on me should of gotten a frozen pizza.

The pizza has always been good, but the last time I ordered by phone, we were in the process of moving, and the pizza never came. When I called I was told that I gave them the wrong address and it could not be delivered. I not only gave the right address but also instructions about how to get here. The manager was very rude and told me they use a call center to take their orders because they are too busy to take calls ( excuse me. But Guido's is much busier, and they take calls)
So the driver couldn't find my place and tried to call me. I was busy moving, so I didn't hear my phone. They canceled my order and refunded my card , and told me I would get my money back in 7-10 business days. If I wanted a pizza, I would have to re-order. I was mad and tried to get them to deliver the one I ordered and the manager hung up on me. We, unfortunately, will never order again

First and last time ordering pizza from Pappa John's.
Got a thin and crispy pizza and the XL New York style....absolutely disgusting. Nothing at all like NY pizza. Didn't even have a crust. Maybe I didn't receive the NY style? We picked up and drove literally 2 miles home and upon opening the boxes both pizzas were undercooked and cold.
The only positive was the price...$10.99 each....but I would have gladly paid more for better quality.

Answered phone and said option 3 is order line. I explained it didn't go to options they answered phone. She didn't offer to transfer and hung up. Called back multiple times and no answer. Tried ordering online and system was down. Finally got someone to answer phone and took order. We did family order for $28.99 and did carry out option. Arrived and they tried to charge $40. I questioned it and was told that's online pricing. I explained I called, we tried to order online etc and was not given any solution. I was only told she can't process it any way with discount. Wasn't offered a coupon, NOTHING for our trouble. If I'm gonna spend $40 it's gonna be down the street at Gigis. 100 X better! Manager didn't apologize or try to help anyway. She would rather keep pizza than figure something out. She needs customer service skills. Horrible management skills. Worst service I've ever seen

Tried to order online and the system wasn't processing payments. Called and ordered the 2 large 5 topping for 30$ deal over the phone since their online was not working. Once we got there, was told the pizza was over 40$ and they would not honor the discount since it's only an "online deal". Manager refused to help and honor the price we were told over the phone. Real customer service is not done through a screen, but more and more companies forget that. Will never order Papa Johns again...if I'm going to spend 40 dollars on pizza it won't be through a chain especially when your customer service is garbage.

Well, about every 3rd time I have ordered here I get a screwed up order. I order square cut I get pie cut.i order extra cheese I barely get any, I order original crust I get thin crust. The people here need to SLOW down READ THE ORDER AND THEN EXICUTE. I'm tired of ordering screwed up pizza and not to mention that this isn't extra pepperoni and not spicy Italian sausage. If I were the manager I'd hide my face from embarrassment and I ordered Well done not a doughy thin crust. We stopped ordering from Marcos because they couldn't follow directions, looks like we are going to have to start shopping for a pizza shop again. At best I have 10 pieces of pepperoni and half a handful of sausage. For 32 bucks I'd have been better off throwing money out the window and going to Walmart and get a take and bake. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE. And the really disappointing part is we always tip 20% and what for? People that cannot follow SIMPLE WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS. Yes I'm freaking pissed. Time to write corporate. There is NO excuse other than incompetence.

The pizzas taste off. Like maybe some ingredient used was bad or rotten. They don't smell right either. I just had surgery so cannot drive at the moment but I put them in the fridge so I can take them back when I'm able to drive again.
