First time I have felt uncomfortable in this place, first when I arrived they did not want to serve me until 10 minutes after they finished talking about other employees who I imagine were not there, then they realized I was there he served me and I asked him about the prices and he told me that they could not give me a price if I did not give the name first to see if I was a previous customer when I gave him the name there he gave me the prices it was truly the most uncomfortable I cannot recommend this place like that when these two people are working there I will gladly leave the photo with the receipt I am not upset but it was very uncomfortable

No welcome when I walked in. 3-4 min before someone walked up to help me with my order. Not one person could answer my questions. Then I get attitude from the some chick who obviously hates her job when she gives me the food. This happened around 7pm. 8/27. Do better, Spring Hill has better places to go for shitty pizza! Btw… bbq chicken pizza comes with bbq sauce, not pizza sauce! SMH!

Found a huge hair in my pizza, under the cheese. When I pulled on it, all the cheese came off the slice. I threw the rest of the pizza away. They clearly don't wear hair nets so I'm never ordering from them again. Disgusted and appalled.

Light sauce means medium sauce. Recommend ordering without sauce if you don’t like mounds of it.
Very sparse on meat topping of Philly cheese steak pizza.
Value for price paid is unbalanced.

Wow I just wanted to order a pizza for delivery, and I was being charged over $5 as a delivery charge on top of the $7 tip that was for the driver. NO THANKS! I WILL NEVER ORDER FRom HERE!

I ordered a delivery last night. One medium pizza well done and cheese bread sticks. The food got to my place faster than expected. Opening both boxes I figured out why. Both the pizza and bread sticks were undercooked. The pizza's taste was like frozen.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from Papa John’s. I ordered two cheese pizzas, and both had undercooked dough. The crust was doughy and soggy in the middle, making it nearly impossible to eat. I’ve had better pizza from frozen brands, honestly. I expect better quality from a chain like this. Won’t be ordering again.

Went in at 1203am to pick up a DoorDash order. They wouldn’t answer the door for almost 10 minutes. Even when I called the person in the office answered the phone and hung up repeatedly. When they finally answered the door I asked to speak to the manager. She told the Employee that she was busy. Called the number on the door and a guy answered and said I have the wrong number.

Ordered from here multiple times the last time will be the last time. I called and asked if the pizza points could be used via phone order or if I have to use them online ( I wanted my pizza in a way they didn’t offer online) The guy on the phone told me they were online only but proceeded to tell me I had to order that way anyway because he was too busy. I was annoyed but I had a free pizza so I ordered online for pick up. I had a decent sized order with a lot of loose sauces and garlic cups, I asked for a bag and the guy working the register ( probably the same one that answered the phone) points to them and told me to get on because he was to busy to help me. The customer service was horrible and I’ll never go back. There are way better pizza places in the area anyway.

Placed an online order charged me twice and didn’t even process it on “their end” but the bank sent it so now I’m down $70 and I dont have a pizza, papa John’s guy told me wait a couple days. Great business to freeze up more than one of their employees daily wages for an issue on their end jokes on me should of gotten a frozen pizza.

The pizza has always been good, but the last time I ordered by phone, we were in the process of moving, and the pizza never came. When I called I was told that I gave them the wrong address and it could not be delivered. I not only gave the right address but also instructions about how to get here. The manager was very rude and told me they use a call center to take their orders because they are too busy to take calls ( excuse me. But Guido's is much busier, and they take calls)
So the driver couldn't find my place and tried to call me. I was busy moving, so I didn't hear my phone. They canceled my order and refunded my card , and told me I would get my money back in 7-10 business days. If I wanted a pizza, I would have to re-order. I was mad and tried to get them to deliver the one I ordered and the manager hung up on me. We, unfortunately, will never order again
