It's been a while since we've been, the ones near us closed years ago, We spotted this one in Spring Hill Fl. The outside was cleaned. The inside could use some updating, but it was clean. The covering on the booth seats was cracked. The food....wasn't up to the Perkins's quality, not even close. This isn't on the cook, this was the quality of food, The amount of food was like a kids meal size. The server was very nice and attentive.

I hadn’t been to a Perkins in many years, but I finally stopped into this one — and I was blown away by the nostalgia. It felt just like it did back in the day! The place was clean, the food was really good, and the service was fantastic. You get a lot of value for your dollar here, which is hard to find lately.

I especially want to shout out Nichole, our waitress — she was amazing. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, the communication and attentiveness were above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back again for breakfast!

Pies are a real treat

Nice place to have a family dinner. The staff are always friendly and the food is served hot in a reasonable amount of time.

The wait staff are always helpful and smiling. They get to know their customers. They know when I come in for breakfast that I'm leaving with a box of cranberry muffins and has them ready for me. I enjoy the women. Always leave with a smile

I visit with a young handicapped person and he is greeted by the staff royally. Perkins is his favorite place to eat out for breakfast.

Wheelchair accessibility: We travel with a rollator and are always seated at a convenient table.

Came in to try to eat here at 5:50 pm the restaurant was empty of guest no employee in site but you could hear them in the back. We called out but after 5 mins of waiting and being overwhelmed by a strange almost sewage smell we left and we won't be back.

From what we gathered Thanksgiving, dinner was turkey dressing, mashed potatoes, green beans, or prime rib with drink and a bakery. When we were seated, we were told they didn’t have prime rib only the turkey. After the turkey dinner, we asked if pie came with the dinner was told no on top of that was charge over three dollars for cup of coffee. If not mistaken last year pie and drink came with the dinner. Ben coming to Perkins at least two or three times a month for the past couple years but that also will probably change after the experience we had today.
