Went for a cheesesteak sub and fries today. My wife and I drive over here from Dade City on a fairly regular basis and have done so for about 3 years. The reason is simple the subs are consistent and I have told lots of friends the fries are the best on the planet. Not so today the fries were limp and did not have the same flavor. The sub bun which has always been fresh tasted old and the sandwich tasted old. Cost for a sub fries and drink $27. I won't be going back.

Great service and atmosphere. I stopped in for lunch but was disappointed with the portion of steak in my Philly. It was very good taste wise but as I stated there should be more meat for the price of my sub.

The cashier was very unpleasant and rude about answering my menu questions. Then instead of putting on gloves she touched my food with after handling money with her bare hands. I will not be back.

Horrible customer service. Food was made wrong and delivered and when called and stated as such, was told "not my problem" by the guy on the phone.
