Went for a cheesesteak sub and fries today. My wife and I drive over here from Dade City on a fairly regular basis and have done so for about 3 years. The reason is simple the subs are consistent and I have told lots of friends the fries are the best on the planet. Not so today the fries were limp and did not have the same flavor. The sub bun which has always been fresh tasted old and the sandwich tasted old. Cost for a sub fries and drink $27. I won't be going back.

Thought I'll try them since I was in the area. Today I thought I'll go light and order a chicken Philly this is the worse I've had. The chicken was not thinly shaved it was actually shredded chicken. The only thing was good was the bread and fries. I'm not sure if this is the original owners of Philly's Best but I really doubt that. $17 later never again I drive down the road to Richie's first.

Great service and atmosphere. I stopped in for lunch but was disappointed with the portion of steak in my Philly. It was very good taste wise but as I stated there should be more meat for the price of my sub.

Was getting tire fixed next door figured go in grab lunch while I wait for my car. paid $21 for cheese stake combo with fries & drink. They forget to give me cup after 10 min she puts my sandwich in front of me , no drink , no fries. I go pick up sandwich bread is cold & stale . I ask her if they can warm bread she says no ! I threw it in garbage & walked out. should have looked at reviews before walked in. Don't waist ur $ in this place.

I was disappointed Cheesesteak was soggy, meat consistency was that of ground beef and cheese was watery. Didn't take me back to the taste or memory of Philly. (My hometown) Philly Cheesesteaks are hard to beat. Really cool place but was also disappointed to see very little Philly memorabilia.

So this morning I went to get a Cheesesteak. When I placed the order they rang up 5 orders of fries and she didn't catch until I said something.. They removed the last 4. The order came out then the cook brought the extra of olives out I requested. My order was supposed to have onions, peppers and mushrooms. It barely had mushrooms with cold olives. The fries were soggy. Keep in mind they should been fresh since they just opened.And worst part, NO CHEESE! How can you make a cheesesteak with no f.n cheese. Worst place ever.BTW a traditional cheese steak, onions steak with mayo and CHEESE! Yes there are several variations. But You Need CHEESE!

The food was soooo good, prices are reasonable, and the staff was friendly! I was full after eating half of my sandwich, so I got two meals out of it. We will definitely be back soon!

Instead of a Philly cheesesteaks I got a vegetable Philly.. they od with all the pepper and onions. Couldn't even taste the Philly.$32 dollar for 2 Philly and fries is ridiculous Never again
Let me start by saying that the name has changed to "The Philly Pit Stop" as of 5 days ago. Small location but still could bring in family, friends, even a a date. Two staff members were on hand but staff but service was fast. Told the cheese steaks cone with American cheese. Ewww! Philly cheese steaks...real cheese steaks are made with Cheez Whiz, which they gladly put on our sandwiches, along with grilled onions and mushrooms. And they were good! And so large that we split, each taking half and took the second home for later.Philly Pit Stop advertises the best cheese steaks but they also sell pizzas, chicken wings, onion rings and fries.Definitely good place to stop on and grab a bite.

Horrible, no cheese and bacon on my bacon cheese fries instead I have to build my own ... the shittiest...48 bucks for the worst dinner, fries don't come with the burger...stay away

When ordering either online make sure you highlight, bold it, underline any order specific directions especially if you have any food allergies! It's clear that my order specifics were never read. I asked for extra cheese and no onions no peppers, mushrooms only. What I received was onions, peppers, and mushrooms. I had to throw my sandwich away. Nothing better than going from starving to complete loss of appetite

I ordered gravy fries and 2 full size sandwiches with the gravy on the side for all 3 - food was great but I got 1 small gravy for it all
