I’ve had many cheese steak sandwiches always been great and I like the fried mushrooms too. My wife likes fries with her sandwiche
Been eating here for years lately not been very good. last time I went in, I got food poisoning. Seeing how it was the only thing I'd eaten all day. i had ordered the fried mushrooms, had eaten half of them and said, they tasted a little weird, so peeled breading off and they were black. tread lightly.

If you're put off by outside - it does not do justice to the food and service inside. Great food, quick service, all fresh made, and quickly too. Very respectable prices, very happy with everything.

I really like this place—their cheesesteaks are great! As someone originally from Pennsylvania, cheesesteaks have always been a staple for me. I usually get my food delivered since I work nearby, but this time I decided to pick up my order on the way home.
When I tried to call in my order, I was informed that phone orders aren’t accepted. So I went in person and placed my order, which totaled over $50. It was about 90° outside, and after paying, I was told I had to wait in my car due to store policy.
I was also asked to grab the drink that came with one of my meals. I mentioned that if I was getting a drink, I’d like to sit inside and enjoy it, especially since there’s a seating area. I was told that wasn’t allowed because the staff had experienced harassment from customers in the past.
The interior of the restaurant is really nice, and as someone from Pennsylvania, I would’ve loved the chance to look at the memorabilia while waiting. Instead, I was met with a dismissive and rude attitude from the staff, and found it frustrating to be made to wait outside in the heat after spending a significant amount of money.
It’s confusing to see the restaurant set up for dine-in service but only operating as takeout, especially when the policy creates such an unwelcoming experience.

Has to be in the top three of the worst sub I've had here. Shredded Chick Parm was mushy an CS had no taste and wasn't made the way order. Never Again!! Oh yeah. You are asked to wait outside for your order🤣

Well I've been coming for years now. They make the best cheese steak just like in Philly. Richey is OK but very greasy. Plus they have a nice size dinning area. The stuff is awesome. I support small businesses. Thanks Guys for awesome service

My experience one day when I went to purchase a cheesesteak after supporting this business several times and being from Philadelphia I will NEVER patronize them again, after ordering and paying for my order. The Female Staff member at the counter said I had to wait outside, when it was over 90 Degrees. So, I asked why do I have to wait outside, when there’s such a beautiful indoor eating area with tables and chairs, she then became very defensive loud and belligerent stating She would give me my money back and slammed it on the counter. SO, Your presenting it to the public as eat-in establishment but running it LIKE an Outside FOOD TRUCK.. after making several calls to speak with the OWNER, I was hung up several times. She needs to be fired or trained on customer service skills and I Will never support or recommend them to anyone…and I’M BORN & RAISED IN PHILADELPHIA and they’re TRULY NOT REPRESENTING PHILADELPHIA! D.K.

After ordering food, I was asked to wait outside. When I didn't want to wait outside, I was told is was the policy. What a dumb policy. I got my money back and left. I can't review the food but the customer service is terrible. They missed out on any future business with me, and I love cheesesteak sandwiches.

Moved here from Philly 6 years ago and have tried cheesesteaks in several cities throughout the State. This one was HANDS DOWN the best we've had 👏 will definitely be repeat customers!

Says store hours are until 9. Called to see how late delivery was and they said 7:30. Called at 7:10 was placed on hold. No one ever picked back up. Called back constantly and no one picked up. Terrible customer service and I guess they don’t want your business.
This place is home to the best cheesesteak I have ever eaten. I've been to both Pat's and Gino's in Philly, and neither place can hold a candle to this one!

Great food. Awful customer relations. This is now the second time I've been driving by and wanted to pick up a cheesesteak sandwich (because they actually have one of the better ones for the area) and I'm asked to wait in my car. They have a decent size dining room and it's not covid restrictions anymore so I don't understand. When you ask the reason why respectfully you just get told it's the owners policy. Well, the owner will not get anymore business from me.
