Philly's Best Cheesesteak House

They make you wait outside if you aren’t eating inside or if your order isn’t big enough doesn’t matter if it’s raining outside or not. Very unfriendly and I swear you get diarrhea from them sometimes and often the meat has freezer burn.

The outside looks dirty but once you get inside it’s clean and the food was very good flavorful, hot and fresh, this is the second time I’ve been here until I come visit my son and make sure I come get a cheesesteak and the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla was very good as well

So I wanted to give this place another try. I placed an order online, got a text that it was about ready, and when I got there they were closed. Their website shows open, the sign says open but the lights were out and it was locked up tight. There were other people in the parking lot with the same annoyance. I had to fight to get a refund for the online order from Seamless, but I succeed. The last time I ordered from here it was way over priced, the lady was rude as all get out and they made us wait outside for our order.

Uhh it was empty , 2 cheese steaks cost $30 and if you aren’t dining in , they literally told us we couldn’t wait for our food inside . Like weird vibes will not be coming back .

Went to Philly's Best on Deltona and it was the most disgusting experience I've had . I ordered a Vegetarian Sub as advertised on the website. When I received my sub it was filled with meat. When we showed up to get the sub remade and explain to her that if I eat meat I will be sick. She then pulled the meat out and said this little piece and laughed at me. I explained to her there are multiple pieces of meat. She then told us she can't guarantee there won't be meat in a veggie sub . They made it very clear that they didn't want to remake the sub and next time I won't have it fixed . They also had children working the grill and sweeping which would explain the poor state of the store and food. She then tossed a remade sub at us and walked away . I then told her she needs to clean her store and she followed us out screaming and told us to never come back when we never even raised our voices at her. Absolutely disgusting. Lazy and unapologetic for their sloppy mistake. Richies cheesesteak is 1,000% better than this dump.

Edit* You'll hear clearly on the cameras audio how the employee said they can't guarantee that meat won't be mixed in our vegetarian meal. Basically that they are too lazy to put a pan on their grill to safely cook our food so its separated from meat items on the grill. Lazy lazy lazy, you couldn't care less about your customers and the quality. You only care about putting together low quality slop and getting paid.

Absolutely disgusting for one . This place needs to be shut down . Judging by the reviews and my own previous experiences here , the owner and her daughter are sloppy , disrespectful and just down right can’t cook. It’s a shame someone so old still can’t get the job right . Not only that but the staff act miserable , I would be too working in a run down slum forcing my daughters to cook their way out of the ghetto . YIKES …The health department needs to shut this place down .

Good pizza steak eat there all the time. One of the best steak sandwiches in town. But if you want a good steak sandwich in springhill, this is where to go

My husband and I always enjoy our lunch from this place. We are regulars for takeout from here. They even know our order already. Great food and great prices. Can’t beat that.

This was a nice little gem of a place. The Phillies were great, and the cheese steak egg rolls where bomb! Nive oeople, clean establishment and plenty of parking.

It's very obvious that these folks don't want to be in this business and they simply can't sell it at the moment. it's not at all what it used to be. you won't find the cool sodas and bottles like you do it every other sandwich shop. and they honestly don't care if they make something wrong or if they send something wrong to your house or if you did a pickup order when it was wrong. I wanted a BBQ cheese steak on Mon, but it's closed. I walked back in on Wednesday and they told me they were having problems and they were temporarily closed. The next night I called and did a pickup order for my barbecue cheese steak finally. I had to call 5 minutes later to explain to them that they made me the wrong sandwich. I even offered to pay to have the correct sandwich made.but it was half hour till close and she explained that she had to go home. ??‍♂️???. She said I was allowed to pick up an extra side of barbecue sauce to make my sandwich correct but there was no way she was going to make me another one no matter how much I paid. (That's not a business,,,,these are people that don't want to be there,,,want to sell the place and desperately want to go home. Everything about the place says they're trying to sell and can't. ??‍♂️ I hope someone buys it soon because we desperately need another sandwich shop in forest oaks.

First time visiting here and we was pleasantly surprised! Had a Philly steak and cheese and it was hands down the best we've ever had! We will be back!
