We waited almost 10 minutes for our server to come over when we got there. 2 tables seated after us were greeted (different server) and had their drink orders taken before our server even came over. It was long enough for all of us to agree on the pizza we wanted. When she finally came over, she rushed through her name, the specials, and the drinks they have. She took our order (food and drinks) and left. We waited for quite a while for the drinks to come out, it was only 3 Pepsi. For time reference, 5 minutes after we got our drinks, the pizza was on our table, delivered by a different server. Our server came over looked at the pizza and the table, brought ONE cup over I guess we were supposed to use as a refill(?), and we never saw her again. We waited 20 minutes after finishing our food, (I stacked all the empty dishes on the pizza tray and pushed it towards the edge to be seen), vefire I'd finally had enough. I went to the front, without a check, and paid the bill. I'm so disappointed! The food was good so it wasnt a total loss. It'll be a long time before I go back to Pizza Hut again. Bad service can ruin the entire experience, no matter how good the food was/is

The whole order was messed up, ordered a 8 count of two different flavor wings. Got a 5 count and a 7 count of the wrong flavor wings. Then our half in half pizza was a pepperoni lovers, with the wrong crust. Kinda annoying too cause no one answered the phone when we called

We went there tonight around 6pm and they had a server call out, 1 cook, 1 server and 1 cook that stepped in to bring the food out with the server who was very new. They warned us that there may be a wait time. The staff that was there was very kind and genuine. Food was great and the staff was outstanding. Good team work overall :)

Our waitress unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but she was awesome. Very friendly didn’t mix up anything about the orders everything was exactly right. We were a birthday party and they put us in a separate room even though there weren’t enough people to completely fill the room.

9/21/25 1pm ordered an 18 piece chicken only get 10 not a big deal but when it comes to the guy running the counter his attitude was horrible he is miserable and doesn’t want to be there and apparently can’t count.

The pizzas weren't cook enough and basically had no flavor...I ordered pan bbq chicken with extra bbq sauce and stuffed crust ultimate with extra spicy sauce...There was not extra sauce on either...Pizza hut has really went down over the years.. !!!
