I will always choose Pizza Hut over any other place. But this time we just ordered pizza from this location and whoever made our pizza needs a raise. Best pizza I've had from Pizza Hut by far.

I should be scoring all of these one star after our experience, but my past experiences were good and the employee at the counter(Lori) was nice and helpful. Long story short, they messed up our pizza at 9 on a school night. I called to complain and was told they'd credit my account. Then a manager said I had to bring the pizza back to either get a credit or get a new pizza. That's ridiculous. Nobody wants to drive 20 minutes back there at night when it's bedtime for your kids on a school night. I tried explaining that and was told that was my only option. I still think it's ridiculous, and now because they wanted to save the $3-$4 it would have costed them to replace my pizza later, it'll cost them a lot more because we won't be ordering there any more.

I want to thank whoever was making the pizza on 2/22 around 7pm at this location. It was everything I'd hoped it would be, the topping evenly dispersed and the special instructions were followed. 10/10

First time visiting this location, Pizza was great, made with fresh ingredients. Staff was friendly and store was clean.
This complaint is not so much about this specific location, but pizza hut in general. I got a double pepperoni pizza, nothing crazy. And I have occasionally for over a year now. It's absolutely insane to charge me $8 dollars more for the same damn thing 3 months later. I grew up working in a little caesars for over 10 years, even the 12 dollar price before was hard for me to stomach at times. 20 dollars for a large two topping pizza? What a joke. And I'm fully aware of dough, cheese, topping and labor costs. There's no logical explanation for this.

I am very disappointed with the manager at this location , I ordered online and ONE HOUR LATER she called me and said that she could fulfill the order, I asked to just make the pizza different cause she did isn't have the dough so I said just to make the pizza with the dough she had but the price went up to 50$ , I asked why so much and she said they are only online prices , and I said but I did order online she said she couldn't change the price because we were on the phone now and bot online , your the one who canceled my order , I won't be going back here and would love the owner of the building or location to contact me !! Her professionalism was outta control and very unprofessional, for being a manager I know there was more that she could do to change prices to accommodate online prices being that I did order online to begin with !!
