This complaint is not so much about this specific location, but pizza hut in general. I got a double pepperoni pizza, nothing crazy. And I have occasionally for over a year now. It's absolutely insane to charge me $8 dollars more for the same damn thing 3 months later. I grew up working in a little caesars for over 10 years, even the 12 dollar price before was hard for me to stomach at times. 20 dollars for a large two topping pizza? What a joke. And I'm fully aware of dough, cheese, topping and labor costs. There's no logical explanation for this.

I am very disappointed with the manager at this location , I ordered online and ONE HOUR LATER she called me and said that she could fulfill the order, I asked to just make the pizza different cause she did isn't have the dough so I said just to make the pizza with the dough she had but the price went up to 50$ , I asked why so much and she said they are only online prices , and I said but I did order online she said she couldn't change the price because we were on the phone now and bot online , your the one who canceled my order , I won't be going back here and would love the owner of the building or location to contact me !! Her professionalism was outta control and very unprofessional, for being a manager I know there was more that she could do to change prices to accommodate online prices being that I did order online to begin with !!

Unfortunately this is the worst PizzaHut location I have ever had. They quality to the PizzaHut product is subpar. Need to change something, or re-train the employees. The quality sucks! Will go specifically to the other one in the area simply because it's better. Highly disappointing.

We always get the pan pizza, this time the crust was not completely cooked, had not risen and the sauce tasted horrible! Not sure why they would mess up such a good thing but has definitely changed, guess we need to start trying others again...The staff was friendly and on time but with changes like this hope they can keep their jobs!
Worst place I've ever worked.Drivers run the store..GM steals from her employees..management fight like a toxic and abusive family.. It's hard to say that it was the worst professional experience I've ever had, but there was zero professionalism in that place.. You couldn't pay me $30 an hour to go back there..employees have to ring in meals when they don't eat so it fixes inventory numbers.100% toxic..3 people I work with came from that store and I wasn't going to leave a review untill I heard how many years this has been going on.Its sick.

This pizza sucked. Poor quality, you owe me my $ 30 dollars back. When I'm ordering 1 pizza and paying such a high price, you would expect a quality product not a lame excuse of a pizza where was someone who knows how to put quality into their work. I was totally expecting a wonderful pizza and got something I threw out. You should be ashamed of yourselves for sending something like that from your business. I won't recommend your business and definitely tell people to go to pizza hut on commercial way.
