We hadn’t been to Pizza Hut in a while, but always had fond memories of their pizza. Well, we decided to go and take advantage of wing Wednesday. The wings were good, but the pizza tasted like it was made the day before. It was their hand tossed, but it tasted like cardboard. It was really awful.

I'm sorry, pizza hut but what in the unholy demon is this???? What? Were you bored and decided to beat off on my Pizza? Was the tip I left for the pizza I picked up not enough? Like sincerely, it was 2 hours before closing so I know it wasn't a matter of 'we were closing and you ordered too late '... Like really and truly, this is horrifying just a huge white mess and one of the slices has only one fragment of beef. Money is tight in the economy so when folks spend their hard earned money here, could you at least pretend to give a damn?
Edit - I tried to eat this. Tell me why it was raw in the center and both soggy yet crunchy in all the wrong ways? Y'all are foul for this, definitely never eating pizza hut again 😭😔

The person WAS not friendly and I feel that she was rude and I didn't even get a thank you for the tip. Very rude attitude. pizza was pretty good, but i have never in my LIFE had the ache i experienced after eating garlic parm boneless wings. shit was mid at BEST and had my stomach in 8 different knots.
I will always choose Pizza Hut over any other place. But this time we just ordered pizza from this location and whoever made our pizza needs a raise. Best pizza I've had from Pizza Hut by far.

I should be scoring all of these one star after our experience, but my past experiences were good and the employee at the counter(Lori) was nice and helpful. Long story short, they messed up our pizza at 9 on a school night. I called to complain and was told they'd credit my account. Then a manager said I had to bring the pizza back to either get a credit or get a new pizza. That's ridiculous. Nobody wants to drive 20 minutes back there at night when it's bedtime for your kids on a school night. I tried explaining that and was told that was my only option. I still think it's ridiculous, and now because they wanted to save the $3-$4 it would have costed them to replace my pizza later, it'll cost them a lot more because we won't be ordering there any more.
