This place don't waste your time going there especially if you're in a large vehicle has their Lobby is never open I can't get large vehicles to the drive through I'm a commercial driver stop there to get something to eat managed to get into the lobby but the manager kick me out I'm being very rude explain to her I can't get my truck to the drive-thru this is the way you got to treat paying customers not my fault you're having labor issues maybe you should pay more anyway you'll be out there driving a commercial vehicle trying to buy lunch forget stopping there manager is very rude I don't know who the owner is but if I did I call him out

When I tell you.. this is not the Popeyes to go to. I had the surf and turf, 2 piece tenders and butterfly shrimp, instead of popcorn. However, what I got was the popcorn shrimp. For the most part, that was good. Let’s talk about this spoiled Cole slaw and old dried Mac and cheese. I would’ve been better off having Kraft Mac. I understand Popeyes slaw can’t beat KFCs slaw, even when KFC is having a bad day. But to server spoiled slaw to customers, is outrageous! I WILL NEVER, COME HERE AGAIN! Worst $25 spent.. and that is crazy too!

My chicken was piping hot.The Soda Machines were in desperate need of cleaning. I am not a picky person, but there were gobbs of hanging down congealed soda syrup drips like snot coming down an inch and a half out the nozzle. It was pretty gross. That being said, the drive thru was busy along with pick-up orders. But in any case the nozzles didn't get that way in one shift.

Service was good. However, ordered lemon pepper wings and they were nasty!!!! They were sweet and hot and missing the lemon pepper flavor. The sweet tea was old and unsweetened. The biscuits were dry and no butter. The honey packets were covered in stickiness and stuck together. When I pulled my containers of food out of the bag, they had so much sauce that it leaked out and was all through the bag and outside of containers. My daughter’s cheesecake was frozen too. Never again!

They ask white or black meat, decide for white, and it comes 1 pieces white and the other one black, no coleslaw, no veggies, no pickles, no french fries, the sprite without soda, the honey basket looks one of them was open and the rest are sticky, too much talking the crew but when you wait for someone obviously you understand they ignores you, we paid in cash never received a receipt back, gave just one and is overated, first visit last one.

We went to this place through the Drive-thru and everyone was outside the restaurant smoking and they serve me the food. I give them the card but I don't see it when they charged me and where do I go with the card and I tell my wife if they steal my number The card was in this place a few days later, some charges were made to the card and I had to cancel it and I told my wife we are not going to that place anymore because they are stealing the card number. A few months have passed and my wife is aria and told me you want to eat from Popeyes and I tell her, remember what happened to me with the card and she tells me if it happens to me we already know who they are in that place and a few days later they make a purchase of $26 with her card and we cancel it FLORIDA is full of scammers, be careful, if anyone has had the same thing happen to you, please let us know.

This place was looking better for a couple weeks. I show up tonight and ALL workers were inside of a red Ram 1500 smoking weed. If was almost enough to get a contact high when the doors opened and EVERY LAST WORKER RAN back inside to take my order. What the hell happened at this place?Update!! After going home with the food. After spending 12 dollars on a flounder sandwich. She bites into it and it’s a chicken sandwich! This place sucks

8 o’clock at night. I was the only customer at the restaurant. They acted like they were doing me a favor by waiting on me. And they couldn’t even be bothered to put my $6.50 sandwich together In a way that would make somebody want to eat it.
Never been to a fastfood chain that constantly runs out of main food items. Been through the drive thru twice and they have ran out of chicken sandwiches or fries, like how are you running a business promoting chicken but never have it? Thankfully getting a refund through the online site is

My only problem with Popeye's is they have discontinued Cajun Rice on there menu's here in the State of Florida, and No one can give me a correct answer as to why? This is my only reason that I visit there Store's.
