She has done it again, another one of her famous bowls, made with so much love as usual ❤️ another famous noddle bowl or you can get rice, made to perfection. Bowl full of noddles & juice at the bottom mixed with 3 different kinds of meat !! In this bowl I had chicken, 🍗 steak 🥩 , & jumbo shrimp 🍤 & to top it off that egg was everything, it all was delicious just an amazing satisfying blend.

In an attempt to find some suitable food that would not trigger any pregnancy food aversions I discovered this food truck. The customer service was top notch! I ordered a non spicy korean beef ramen and to my pleasant surprise even the noodles are home made! My daughter got the chicken battered corn dog with crushed taki’s on top and let me just say, our tastebuds were not prepared for such an amazing journey. Everything was so delicious and flavorful! This is my new go to spot 🥰🥰🥰 Can’t wait to try the summer beverages and desserts!

The best Ramen ever!! If you like Ramen, this is the place! Don't waste your money on the brick and mortar places. This is legit authentic Ramen with a tropical flair. The chicken is marinated and tender. The pork belly will leave you wanting more and as if that wasn't good enough, I have just devoured the best twist of banana pudding in my life. Amy is so nice and open to recommendations but let me tell you once you taste her food, the only recommendations you will have is sending your family and friends to eat the best Ramen and banana pudding ever! She also has a skinny chicken dish if you are carb conscious. Give her food a try, you'll be back for more!

From start to finish, the experience was flawless, fun, and full of flavor. The truck brought an effortless charm to the outdoor reception and instantly became a favorite among guests.
The menu was packed with comfort food but the real star of the night? The banana pudding. I’m still thinking about it days later. Guests were literally coming back for seconds (and thirds), and more than one person asked if they could get a to-go container.
