I just had the chicken with lettuce and tomatoes. WOW! tThe bun is so fresh, the chicken is moist, the lettuce and tomatoes where fresh and juicey. And the seasoned fries on the side were hot and tasty. I would soooo recommend Rich"s Cheesesteak. They also had my order ready within 30 minutes. Right on time. Very easy to order online.

A friend introduced me to this simple place and I go out of my way to eat here anytime I am with 10 mikes of the place. Best ever Philly cheese sandwich

Well, we have eaten there many of times food is always decent, and the atmosphere is usually awesome but here lately it's really off. Tonight regardless of why it took so long, the girl at the counter out right lied about eta on the food. She stated 8-10 mins but ended up being 45 mins later, we have never minded waiting but to lie and act annoyed when customers get irritated, isn't cool. The girl was dismissive and rude enough to sweep under customers feet and about dropped a the broom handle on a ballerina's foot. Unprofessional, we miss the owner and atmosphere he influenced, I HOPE he comes back soon

Really good price on garlic Parmesan wings $16 with dressing and celery DO NOT TIP ON CARD PURCHASE. Staff has no idea where that goes. Cash ? is best for the appreciation part!

It's not worth the price.. it was OK, but I wouldn't write home about or recommend it. Of course, I only had the cheese steak. But really 17 ea, 2,35.00.I could've had ribs and sides for that inflated

Took a little while to get food out and I think they forgot about us, but they were having a busy night. It was super tasty. Only thing that was weird was we ordered a meatball parm sub to go and it didn’t come with bread… but we got it fixed without a problem. Overall pretty good.
