This was my first time eating at a Ruby Tuesday. My husband and I both ordered beers and our food at the same time. It took longer than usual to get our beer. Mine was Blue Moon and did not come with an orange, so I asked for one. The waitress came back and said they were out of oranges and that is why I didn't get one. Our food came out rather quickly, especially since it took so long to get our drinks. I ordered the jalapeno queso burger with a gluten free bun and my husband got the Philly cheesesteak with a gluten free bun. The servings were a lot smaller than I expected. I got fries on the side and there were barely enough to even consider it a side. My husband got broccoli and I believe he only got 3 pieces. He said they tasted good though. My burger was pink when I started started eating it. I had asked for it to be cooked to medium. I was very hungry so I kept eating and I thought it would get better. It did not, it was very pink in the middle. Very rare. I also could not taste any jalapeno. So I took the burger apart and found that there was a pickled jalapeno on it, but it was not spicy at all. I stopped eating and said something to the waitress and she offered to make something else. I told her I had lost my appetite. When she brought the bill they had not taken anything off for the issue. I saw a man walk by that looked like a manger so I asked him. He said yes and I told him the issue and she went to check with the waitress. When he came back he told me that he took the burger off my ticket and that next time I need to complain before I eat that much of my food. His motto is you need to eat what you order not what you are brought. This strikes me odd, shouldn't what I order be the same as what I am brought. We ended up ordering another beer and they had to change out ticket again. I have never been to a restaurant where they don't ask you if you want another drink before bringing you the tab. We travel a lot and eat out often. We take pictures of our food and post them. The food is just as important as the beach. We did not have any desire to take picture of this food. We will not be eating at another Ruby Tuesday.

Over priced & minimal portions. To be fair I ate 2 of the tots before taking the picture because I was hungry from waiting for the food to get to the table.

We're glad we stopped here to try it a couple months ago. There were hardly any cars here so we wondered but it was a great decision. We've been here 4 times now and we haven't been disappointed. The Asiago bacon chicken with parmesan cream sauce and the bourbon salmon are our favorites ? The parmesan cream sauce is great on cooked broccoli and grilled zucchini too ? They have a big salad bar that you can add to your meal or have it as your meal.September 23, 2023- Still great food and service ? ?Wheelchair accessibility: There's a few handicapped parking spaces. There's plenty of tables to push a wheelchair up to.

This is twice I’ve eaten here and my food wasn’t done. I get the tilapia and both times my fish wasn’t done. The first time I ate around the uncooked meat. This time I complained to the waiter he was nice but told me he didn’t cook the food during our discussion. That really wasn’t the right thing to say. Manager came out took my food to the back and came out with a new piece of fish. But by then my fiend had already eaten so I asked for a box to go so he didn’t have to wait on me to eat. It had already been an hour by the time they got my food prepared again. So disappointed

Owners spend thousands advertising and sending out coupons. In reality the problem is the staff. You’re loosing the business untrained and rude staff. I remember when this was a thriving restaurant. What changed, not the food.

Service was normal, probably quite good considering the rest of my table were rude and grumpy. Friendly, orders taken accurately, didn't check on us 9000 times, provided us with everything we asked forAtmosphere; this is now a go-to for 55+ trying to avoid busy places on a Saturday night. Music inoffensive, well lit, quiet. Decor is deceiving and annoying. I banged my head on the lampshade twice causing dust to go everywhere. Tables floors and seats were clean but the window sills were not. Weird thing to mention but if your table is right next to a window, I don't want my clothes dragging in your unclean window sill.Reason for only 3 star food; The food doesn't really reflect the menu if that makes sense. Based on the choices and prices displayed before me I expected something a little more upscale. But what I got was barely better than Applebee's. Some of the food was just downright lame. The fried shrimp that came with my steak ibs combo were like something out of a kids lunchbox. The steak was big and thick and cooked perfectly (med-rare) but barely warm and very chewy. The ribs were good, fall off the bone meat, hot, well seasoned. The stuffed mushrooms appetizer and mozzarella sticks appetizer was GREAT. If all you want is an appetizer 100% try those. Also beware the ultimate chicken burger is quite spicy even though it doesnt say anything about spice in the menu description.Overall not terrible. I personally won't be back and I think the place needs to raise the quality of food or dumb down the face value to meet level of food.
