I was craving a protein shake this morning and stumbled upon Sassy's Nutrition — SO glad I did!!!
Sherri greeted me with a warm smile and great conversation. I usually grab breakfast to go, but I enjoyed chatting with her so much that I stayed and drank half my shake there! Her energy is contagious, and the strawberry banana shake was absolutely delicious!!!!

A place I was invited by Mishelle to work out. I feel like am home comfortably n I work out for free. Go get your nutrition shake, tea, waffles, parfait, etc. Girls are great. I love the sampler fridays n our stressless day ready to start the weekend.
