I have NEVER purchased food from a truck until Spaghett About It! Hands Down the absolute best meatballs besides my Nonna's!! caprese is fabulous! Chicken Parm is fabulous! Pasta Box is incredible for a family who enjoys both Alfredo and red sauce. Mangia! ?

I have been wanting to try this food truck forever. I always pass by it and I love the catchy name and the fact that it has my favorite Italian dishes: Chicken and Eggplant Parmesan. My husband surprised me by bringing it back one night and I was so excited. When I opened the box, the cheese on both Parms was melted to perfection. I smelled the sauce and with a taste I instantly was reminded of my local Italian places from my home state of New Jersey. The Chicken Parmesan and the Eggplant Parmesan were absolutely delicious. This is by far the best Italian around! Try it!!!

Had the spaghetti & meatballs. My grandson had the Alfredo dish. Both were excellent. Tomato sauce tasted really homemade. Meatballs were very tasty. Very pleasant experience. Will do again.
Be hungry when you order! The most generous portions for anything on the menu. It reheats well but always best hot from the truck. Speaking of hot, I drive 30-40 minutes to the truck when it is close. The food is packaged so well that it is still hot when I get home. The best meatballs on the planet - hands down! No matter what the meal, always add a side of meatballs to freeze and save for later. Sadly, they never make it to the freezer. They end up being snacks, crumbled & added to eggs, put on tortilla chips with cheese. The owners seem to absolutely love what they are doing & it comes out in the amazing food. Just writing this makes me want to find out where they are today! SOOOO GOOOOOD!!

Food was good but what italian joint is out of parmesan chesse. I had spaghetti and meatballs with no parmesan .. Tiramisu was great .

I’ve had their food 3 times now. Each time gets better and better. Just got off work ( FedEx driver ) ordered spaghetti and meatball sandwich. The owner ( I think ) obviously saw I was a FedEx driver, we were talking how hot it is and stuff. Owner comes to my truck with my food and a bottle of water. So not only are there food so good it’s actually insane. The owner is a really cool nice guy. Every chance I get I’m gonna get more of this delicious food.
