Enjoyed some of their Easter catering menu today. Stuffed peppers, pizza rústica, broccoli rabe and chicken fettuccine Alfredo all was spot on as is everything that they make regularly. Food is always made with love that you can tell. If not the best option for Italian in Spring Hill, easily a top 3 choice.

If you’re looking for a fast delicious meal you don’t need to look any further! Small family owned and some of the best Italian food you can eat. Their chicken Alfredo is to die for and if you’re looking for something refreshing their caprese salad is perfect for a cool down. Highly recommend to everyone.

Such delicious food and great people. If Spaghett about it comes up in conversation my daughters will be begging and anticipating for weeks until we see them again. Had a huge family box tonight, I’m feeling fat and happy. Plenty of sauce , plenty of garlic, tons of meat, incredible flavor too.

My husband found a whole garlic clove in his meatball at the Food Truck Meetup this last Saturday and he couldn't be more pleasantly surprised. He said how soft & delicious it was. Whenever this food truck is at these meetups, my husband always chooses to get his usual from them because the food is always on point.

After my buddy posted pics of the Valentines Day meal he and his wife had enjoyed, I just had to try it. By luck, I saw on Facebook that they were going to be right down the street from me today. I quickly ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and the chicken parm with spaghetti, and it was ready the moment I arrived. It was warm, and delicious when I got home. I'm a bigger fan of sausage than meatballs, would love to see that option in the future, but these meatballs were delicious. Huge, generous portions, 3 giant meatballs, a large piece of chicken with the chicken parmegian, lots of spaghetti, and the red gravy was every bit as red and delicious as it looked in the pics my buddy had posted. My wife and I will be back. Thank you Spaghetti About It!

My husband and I finally tried Spaghett About It for our Valentine’s date night and it was AMAZING. I can’t believe we waited this long! The spaghetti was cooked to perfection and the meatballs were incredibly well seasoned. The rainbow cake was moist and delicious. My husband loved his meal as well. We will definitely be loyal customers from here on out!

This food truck serves the absoute best Italian food that I have had in Florida. They really know what they are doing! I am from Brooklyn NY, and brought up in an Italian household. I hardly have to make meatballs anymore! Their meatballs, chicken parm, eggplant….all so very very good! The soup, Pasta e fagioli is soooo good, have it with garlic bread. It is great to have such tasty food that reminds me of my Mom and my grandma’s cooking.I have to drive about 45 minutes to pickup our food, but it is well worth it. I get extra metballs and sauce to freeze, so I have. Supply in the freezer. Highy recommended!

Best pasta ever!!! It was delicious! Perfectly cooked and seasoned! I love my pasta with a lot of sauce and this was PERFECT! Huge portions at a wonderful price. My new favorite spot for sure!! O. M. G. My husband found Spagett About It months before our trip to Crystal River from Michigan. He showed me pictures of the food and we knew we had to experience it first hand. So, today we drove an hour, one way, to order chicken parm and a meaty mama. Our hopes and dreams came true when we got the most massive and delicious meals. These humans are making incredible food and it must be tasted to be believed! 12/10 starsChicken parm covered in cheese and the meaty mama with a fork for scale.

We had the pleasure of hosting Spaghett About It on our property at the store today. In turn, they provided us with an amazing lunch, and we tipped. The food was delicious! I got the Chicken Alfredo and my wife and assistant manager got the Chicken Parm sandwich and we are beyond impressed.
