For the people leaving nasty reviews, we employees can’t “tamper” with the machines. We don’t “tighten” them up so you can’t win. We are just workers running the room. Currently we are strictly entertainment only and all customers coming in are aware of that there are no pay outs at this time. And to call us greedy is well - just WOW cause we’re not even making enough money to pay the bills right now - yet we still buy and offer our customers free food and drink. To address the one person who was upset about being accused of scamming the machine somehow, it’s was explained to you that the report shows a history and we also had issue with people scamming the machines. We’d have to come out of our own pockets at the end of the night if our drawers are short. And to the lady that had to keep coming back for payments, you were aware of the daily pay out amount and we don’t keep that kind of money on hand for safety reasons. If anything the employees here go above and beyond for our customers and always have. When technical issues arise, you have to wait. There’s nothing we can do about it until tech support calls us back. Many things are beyond our control but we still get the brunt of that negativity from some customers who just don’t understand how things work. Spinners has always been a nice place for our customers to come and enjoy a nice time, unfortunately due to covid and lack of profit, we haven’t been able to provide them with nearly as much as we used to.

Place seems to be keeping all profits. Not letting you win anything even though you can't cash get any money. It would be nice to win once in awhile so you don't have to keep adding money. More people would probably come if the place was not so greedy.

I've been to places all over, and played the exact same games in multiple different locations, and I can say that without a doubt, the machines they have in their store have had their programming tampered with. Listen to those reviews, people. $600 spent and nothing to show for it.

Stay away from this place!!!!! Tables are set low and when you finally hit something worthwhile the table won't add it pure ripoff tell the staff and they just laugh at you. Hcso needs to shut this one down permanently .they are thieves.they know exactly what they are doing.save your money!!!! Stay away!!!!!!
