July 19th, I went through the drive thru after work for my favorite drink and was let down when I found out it was a seasonal drink no longer in season. Rayne took my order & not only did she help me find a substitute for the seasonal drink, but explained to me how to order it from now on, as well as making sure my coffee was up to my standards with a great attitude and personality. Chelby was not only the most friendly person I’ve met here, but she made the best drink I’ve ever gotten from a Starbucks. I wish I asked her for her number because she deserves praise daily!
