The staff was friendly which is why I'm giving 2 stars. However, i ordered a Chestnut Praline latte...when I got it and took a drink I sware they poured coffee in there instead of espresso. I've worked at a coffee shop so I know the taste difference. The color was also off. I couldn't even finish it as it tasted like watered down coffee with a little bit of flavor and after I poured it put the amount of grounds makes me really think they used coffee instead of espresso.

I visited on Saturday 8/10/24. The staff was great. I'll give them 5 stars. I visit this location at least monthly. Never have issues. I got a Venti Double Chocolate Chip Frap. I tweak mine. 3 pumps mocha, no mocha drizzle, extra whipped cream. I used my rewards to pay for it. Got the drink from the barista and I already knew it wasn't what I wanted. My drinks are always a light brown color, this one was tan. I took a sip and I swear I tasted coffee. They were busy so I shopped. Gave it a few more sips. After my target run, I went back and asked them to remake it. I told them I don't drink coffee and it tasted wrong. She said of course. She looked at it and said it was written correctly and no promises that it would taste any different. I got it and yep, still a tan color and still tasted like coffee. I just left. I had a rough day and just felt defeated. I gave the drink to my father's son and he even asked me why i was drinking coffee when I hated it. I cried but more bc I felt reassured. I'm not sure what went wrong. I know that there is a coffee version of the drink but I made it a point that they knew that I didn't like coffee yet they made me two drinks that day that tasted like coffee.

I was the only person there. There was 2 workers. I ordered a grande drink. I paid at 7:49pm. There was no one else and no other orders. As I'm waiting for my drink I notice no one is making my drink so I wait another minute. I notice the 2 workers are now talking to another man about legos ... So I get closer to the counter and my cup is still empty, just my name on it. The cashier looks over at me twice and then just smiles, then continues to talk to her coworker and the other man. 4 more minutes pass by and nothing. I got tired, I just wanted to go home, so I just asked for a refund and left. At that point I don't even want the drink anymore. This was so annoying like you both saw me there and ignored me. At that point why did you even take my order. I was definitely patient. I gave them 5 minutes before I said anything. And once again it was just me, no other orders or customers before me. And they were just there talking to another coworker for 5 minutes. My transaction screenshot is down below.

Fast service at an always crowded Starbucks in Target Store. I wanted to leave a tip but Katy, the very pleasant and capable Barista, told me no tipping is allowed at in store Starbucks. This 5 STAR REVIEW is in lieu of probited tips. Good job, Katy....thank you for being so pleasant and helpful today!!!

Staff is comically slow. I get having fun and talking while working but my god at leave move around and actually make the drinks lol. No organization or time management. Manager even came out, saw a 20+ line and 4+ drinks on the screen and said “Well if y’all need help just let me know” and proceeded to go back to her office ? My coffee was alright

I never write reviews but the Behavior and attitude of Mrs Andrea is completely unacceptable on multiple visits I have been given attitude despite my respectful tone towards her. Most recently after having a long order she seemed to get mad and frustrated beacuse I asked for substitutions and changes to a drink that I feel like we’re reasonable. I have never had a problem with any of your baristas until now and I have been coming here for years.
