Just recently moved to the area, my go to coffee in Minneapolis was the Starbucks half a mile away from my house.
When we moved to Florida to snowbird, a requirement was to be close to my starbies.
I was a little nervous with the recent bad reviews.
I almost went to another location.
(This was about a month ago)
I ordered door dash a few times as we did not have a car yet, & I’m not in the best shape to make the 5 minute walk.
The coffee was excellent, & the cute messages on the cup did not disappoint.
The coffee was better tasting at the Spring Hill location, vs my usual in Minneapolis (which is also very good)

We finally got a car & between my partner, my kids, & grandkids coming by everyday, the coffee is always so outstanding.
The employees are wonderful, always smiling, always so friendly.
This is a busy location, of course it’s going to be busy, that should be a good sign!
These people are lovely, the lobby is very clean.
Love that there are young kids working, as well as some older people. Great mix.

We are glad to make this location, our winter starbies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Keep up the good work folks. We appreciate you all.

I hate having to make this review. Not sure what's changed management wise, but the service has dropped significantly the past few months. This was my favorite location, because I knew they would get my order right every time. Not a lot of drinks have been made to standard recently. Lately I've been ordering a blond roast coffee, and I've been getting blonde espresso with hot water, making it a blonde Americano. I'm all too familiar with this quick cheat, but it's a significantly different taste. I understand Starbucks wants quick drive times, so making drinks fast is the goal. With the service being as bad as it's been lately, you can't be slow AND get orders incorrect. Another issue is making the inside lobby orders for folks wanting to sit and relax inside, feel like their orders come last (after mobile, DoorDash, and drive thru). I've always been taught, the customer in front of you takes priority. I know this sounds silly and unrealistic in this setting, but it's glaringly obvious. The lobby wait has been insane. I have no problem updating my review when things change.

Complete disgusting behavior from this location. As a door dash driver this place handed me a “complete” order 1 bag. No other bags on the counter. Customer opens her delivered food bag sees missing all her food. Calls this starbucks and they tell her its the DRIVERS FAULT. Then tells the customer to deal with door dash for there blatant incompetence.

Since last summer the service here has been terrible. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to be acknowledged by the staff, and when acknowledged the employees are surely and rude. This location used to have good service and employees, What Happened!!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. My family of five and I walked in and waited for about five minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. There was no manager present, and the employees—who all appeared quite young—did not greet us or let us know they would be with us shortly.
While waiting, we spoke with another customer who had been sitting at a table for approximately 20 minutes waiting for her sandwich. At the time, there was no line inside the store and only a short line in the drive-through, so the delays were confusing.
As we decided to leave, the staff’s behavior felt unprofessional; they appeared to scoff and stare rather than offering assistance or an apology. As someone who works in food service and understands the demands of both counter and drive-through operations, I was genuinely shocked by the lack of basic customer service.
Overall, the experience felt grossly unprofessional, and unfortunately, I do not plan on returning to this location

I spent over $35 on food and drinks, only got my 1 cake pop and 1 drink out of 3 drinks and 4 cake pops? All that money down for nothing

I’ve come here 3 times in the last two weeks.
The crème brûlée late is to die for.
First time great, second so so not so warm third dining in again was in a to go cup and not full.
The drain flies are horrible and I mean horrible.
This is a health dept issue…..
Get bleach, get baking soda, get vinegar.
It’s not hard to do. When closed do this multiple times over a few days and it works.
My last visit with granddaughter they were flying, crawling on our table one flew up my nose.
Workers were so occupied with talking to each other they were clueless as to the customers dining in.
And, the drive through gets more attention to get their stuff faster.
I’ll be trying the location on 50 more often.
Common’ get your act together.
My last visit was almost $30.00……,
Music was too loud. I was trying to help my granddaughter study her spelling words.

I love Starbucks in general, especially the locations on 50 and County Line they consistently make amazing drinks. But the Starbucks on Commercial Way is the absolute worst. Every coffee I’ve had there tastes awful. Today, my vanilla protein latte literally tasted like poison and didn’t resemble coffee at all.I know because I’ve had the exact same drink from the location on 50, and it tastes exactly how it’s supposed to smooth, flavorful, and enjoyable. This Commercial Way location, however, consistently serves drinks that are gross and undrinkable.The staff are also rude, especially if you order ahead on the app. Every visit has been a disappointment. Please do better , people shouldn’t be paying $8 for a coffee and it taste , like chemicals.

The thinner, younger guy with a beanie working the drive-thru this morning really needs an attitude check. He didn’t greet me, didn’t say a word, and just handed me my order with zero acknowledgment. I stop by here often in the mornings, and interactions like that can really sour the start of your day. If management sees this, please address his customer service — a simple “good morning” goes a long way.

I went through the drive-through this morning, and not only was the line extremely long, but when I finally got to the window, I was handed the wrong drink. I let the employee know it wasn’t what I ordered, and she admitted she had also charged me for the wrong item, go figure. She told me she’d refund me but wasn’t sure how long it would take, and still expected me to pay again for the correct drink.

She clearly had no idea how to process the refund and had to get another employee wearing a black beanie, who came over with a terrible attitude and told her “it’s not a big deal.” I completely disagree , overcharging customers is a big deal, especially when the customer leaves empty-handed and out of money.

I left the drive-through having paid for a drink I didn’t order and without receiving the one I actually did. This was a frustrating, unprofessional experience that should never happen at a company like Starbucks.

Recently the service has been horrible. Went into the lobby and ordered one drink. I was waiting there for 20 minutes before I got help. It was only then they started making my order, meanwhile I continued seeing cars from the drive through get their order right away. I work with food so I understand but the lobby was just me and 1 other person. Why am I waiting for 25 minutes for 1 drink that wasn’t made until I went up to the desk.
There was an older lady through the drive thru and her attitude was disappointing especially as an adult. I said thank you when she handed me my order. And said nothing in return just looked at me. Hospitality does not exist here. County line location has been a lot better
