ordered 2 of the same drinks in the drive through, both were wrong and different somehow. Went in to get new ones and they gave one of the mess up drinks (that i had taken a sip of) out to another customer and still made the new drinks wrong. usually have no problems at this location but will no longer be going here.

I like to give places the benefit of the doubt but this is multiple times now. I go through the drive-through every single day and half of the week My order is incorrect, and I have to go inside and argue with staff to remake it. They constantly make excuses on why it’s different. Very poor customer service at this location.
I really do like Starbucks and I know people make mistakes, but this is consistently Making mistakes!

Ordered an iced coffee with a little cream and got cream with a dash of coffee. Ordered milk for a toddler asked them to foam it - no foam. Iced oat milk latte was 80% oat milk. $15 down the drain!

I'm not really sure why this Starbucks seems to take every opportunity to close it's drive thru and /or lobby during what should be their normal hours of business. In the past 2 months, the drive thru has been blocked off several times, for reasons unclear. This last time was due to Hurricane Milton, however it's 4 days after the storm, our area has been generally unaffected, all businesses are up and running, but Starbucks still has their drive thru closed. Not a good look. I just decided to go back to Dunkin. They're right next to Starbucks and have been up and running for the last 3 days. I guess their slogan is correct lol

9 times out of 10 have not had a good experience at this location. Just waited in the drive through for 35+ minutes, only for drinks to be majorly lacking in flavor. The staff is usually friendly but they can't seem to keep up as soon as it gets even a little bit busy. Very disappointed.

I love my new spot. 2 minutes from home and excellent service. The coffee, staff, and atmosphere are always good. I love the music they play also. I was very thankful that they honored Latino Heritage Month.

I come here to study and have a drink sometimes. Today I came in and my usual drink (nitro cold brew) was unavailable and one of the staff (I'm terribly sorry I didn't get your name cute blonde with the green top) comped my drink for the inconvenience. Very appreciative of that.

For the prices I expect more than other chains. My drink was great but the atmosphere was quiet and awkward. Service was slow considering drive thru was empty and only 1 other customer inside.
