I ordered a venti PSL and as soon as I grabbed the cup from the barista it felt lighter than usual but I didn’t really think anything of it. Got to work and opened it to find there’s about two inches of cup left that wasn’t filled. I paid $8 for a venti and got the same amount of coffee as the next size down. The coffee is already overpriced, but I was willing to pay for a specialty coffee. The least they could do is fill the cup.

I come to this Starbucks regularly and my coffee is always way too light. One time I came here they forgot to add the coffee and I had to leave my job and come back for my espresso because I was drinking milk. I’m not sure if there’s a new policy where Starbucks is limiting the amount of coffee and espresso that goes in but my coffee almost never actually taste like coffee. It’s always more of a tea consistency. I’m not blaming the staff but the brand itself needs to retrain their employees on how coffee should be made or update their menu because 1 out of 7 times when I come here is my coffee how it should be. The photo is doing justice its much lighter in person. So disappointing for such a high value brand.

We got two Frappuccino‘s that had absolutely no flavor to them. The new salted Carmel tasted of no salt nor caramel and just very bland. The caramel ribbon crunch was the same way..nothing like it’s ever been before. Sadly disappointed. Starbucks is becoming a rip off.

We are very dissatisfied with your coffee when we ask for hot coffee we would like hot coffee, not lukewarm coffee Also, we have noticed your pricing is never the same This is not just a hit or miss it is every time we get coffee it is lukewarm. We are done buying your coffee. If we wanted iced coffee we could’ve made it at home.

I’m writing about my disappointment with the service I received on June 17 around 1:15 PM at your drive-thru. I was served by a young woman who not only prepared my coffee incorrectly but also responded with an unprofessional attitude when I brought it to her attention.

I’ve been a regular Starbucks customer for years and know how my usual drink should taste and look. As I watched her prepare my coffee, I saw her pour in the milk very quickly without measuring. When I received the drink, it was extremely light in color — clearly more milk than it should have had. It was immediately obvious to me that it wasn’t made properly.

When I told her the coffee didn’t look right, she looked at me and simply said, “What?” — as if confused or dismissive. Instead of offering to fix it, she proceeded to give me a lesson on how Starbucks makes coffee. This response felt rude and condescending, especially since I wasn’t being difficult — just asking for the quality I expect and normally receive. Ultimately, she charged me for an extra shot rather than remaking the drink, which I paid for, though I didn’t feel that was right.

If I’m paying $6 for a coffee every day, I expect it to be made properly and for my concerns to be taken seriously — not dismissed with attitude. I hope this feedback will be taken into account and used as a reminder to uphold the level of customer service Starbucks is known for

On 5/19 past 8:00 PM,staff there are very,first of all we didn’t know the place is close by 9:00 so we ordered coffee,denish and glass of water,so me and my 3 friend sat on the table was talking and was rudely intoroughted by a staff went straight to the door open the door wide with her right hand at the door and left gesturing to get out!She stated that we been there overvan hour but our receipt stamp at 8:27 and one of my friend as if she can use the restroom first and the staff responded will you need to do it quickly!!!What hell!!My point is the staff there are very rude and shouldn’t told us that there closing in 30 min so are aware!Or say something to the customer we are closing in 10 min no problem but don’t disrespect people!!!I’m 67 y/o my 3 friends are in there 50’s so this girl probably in here early 20’s!!! I never like startbuck your overrated for me is!!!I love Dunkin Donuts but because my love to stop there on the way from dinner so we stop by there we love startbucks!!!But no way i will be back in any startbuck!!Sorry that place is a dump with a rude!no inter personal skill staff,obnoxious very!very!very disrespectful staff!!!!
