I ordered a venti PSL and as soon as I grabbed the cup from the barista it felt lighter than usual but I didn’t really think anything of it. Got to work and opened it to find there’s about two inches of cup left that wasn’t filled. I paid $8 for a venti and got the same amount of coffee as the next size down. The coffee is already overpriced, but I was willing to pay for a specialty coffee. The least they could do is fill the cup.
From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. Their warmth and hospitality did not go unnoticed—even my daughters mentioned how rare it is to receive such thoughtful service and insisted we leave a review. Every request we made was handled with care and accuracy. It’s clear the team takes pride in what they do, and it made our experience truly exceptional!
