Manager Tina was extremely rude and condescending when she took my order. Terrible attitude needs work and she needs to learn to treat people with respect. She seems miserable with her life 0/10 go to a different SB location Please .

I have to go in just to get my order right. Today my 8 dollar drink fell on the counter and poured half of it out, and they scooped up what was left and handed it to me. Didn't even offer to remake the drink. So I got counter germs in my drink yay that wonderful.

I frequent this location. I’ve been 3 times in the last 2 weeks.
I have to say that the new Caramel Brûlée Latte is to die for, especially served in the nice white mug.
But, I did notice a few drain flies or fruit flies. (Not sure if it’s the same)
2nd time great latte, noticed more flies.
Then last night after school I picked up my granddaughter from school and off we go to Starbucks for a snack and a drink to do homework and study spelling words.
As soon as we got our stuff $(27.00) I go get napkins something flew right up my nose😑.
Then we get situated and Geeze now she is seeing all the little black flies.
It really was not a good experience. Much younger people behind the counter. The young man who made our drinks was great, even agreeing to make the Squid games secret drink menu.
Next stop is the Health dept getting involved.
All it takes is some baking soda in drain and add bleach and vinegar.

Worst Starbucks experience ever! I asked for my grande drink in a venti cup since Starbucks won’t allow employees to add ice in their Nitro Cold Brew. I ordered cold foam as well. He said he accidentally put it in a grande cup instead of a venti, which would have given me my full amount of a grande drink. I reiterated my order and even explained why. He did not offer to remake the drink that he got wrong. Now I have a drink that is half full of my Nitro and the other half was cold foam. I ask for a grande in a venti cup because when you add cold foam, you get the equivalent of a TAL Nitro. I’ve NEVER had any issues when ordering. Very upsetting! It’s not like they were busy, either. 🤷🏻♀️ 10 out of 10, do not recommend.

This review is about my experience today. Some staff needs additional training. On several occasions I ordered a custom PSL including extra whip (I do this because they sometimes skimp on it). I ordered on the app in the parking lot. Gave it a minute and got in the drive thru. When at the speaker to check in they said, “ok we’re working on that now”. (I was glad because I knew the whipped cream wouldn’t have melted by the time I get it) When I picked up my PSL I checked it right away while at the window because they sometimes don’t put the whip - no whipped cream at all. I say, “this is supposed to have whip” (I had ordered extra) he takes it back to fix it saying “it must’ve melted”. No, it didn’t, it never had it or there would be whipped cream residue under the lid- there wasn’t anything on it not even the pumpkin spice topping. It looked like the standard latte foam only. It was maybe 3 minutes from the time I ordered to when I got in line, which moved quickly. He put a small amount of whip, not extra, and gave it back. I wasn’t happy but I didn’t send it back a second time. The cup didn’t have a sleeve on it either so it was really hot. This is not the first time this has happened here. If they’re out of sleeves then they need to double cup. (Another time I ordered decaf, and shortly after, I realized they gave me regular which upset my stomach for the rest of the day and gave me jitters) PSL is supposed to have whipped cream. They should know this, it’s a staple. I’ve been getting PSL since they came out with them. Seems like some baristas don’t pay attention sometimes, and historically, mobile orders get low priority compared to if I ordered in the store. They often forget to give me food items I order. Extra training, and pay attention to what you’re doing. This is expensive coffee. I tip according to the service I receive. Today they weren’t working for tips.

Kid-friendliness: I bring my 2, 3, and 4 yo children inside for cake pops. They are rambunctious, but the staff are friendly. They don't give me the cold should just because my kids won't sit down. It's refreshing.

Even though Starbucks service is expensive, one expects quality accordingly, a drink that costs more than 5 dollars and was practically ice Not to mention the flavor, which was too degraded by the water. I can't believe that one of the few Starbucks in Spring Hill has such poor quality. It's sad, they have a lot to improve.

I brought my daughters here about a week ago to get a treat. We walked up to the counter and waited for someone to help us and when someone finally acknowledged us it was as if we were inconveniencing her. We sat down after ordering and waited probably 15 minutes before going up and asking if our 2 drinks were ready. Evidently they misplaced them. A sorry would have been nice.
