We went to strike city. We liked the pin style bowling pins. The problem is you can not see the marks or boards on the allies. Moreover the lighting is multicolored and annoying

Love this bowling alley. Clean lanes, good service. Staff is very friendly and helpful, one of my favorite things about this alley is the staff. Excellent value for the money

I think the price of the food for the frozen items that we get is too high. Serve better quality food and I won't complain about the food prices. The TV screens and music while you bowl is amazing!! Arcade games are a bit too expensive also. Trying to come here and afford it for a family of 4 can be difficult and i'd like to be here more

We used to come here a lot as a family but haven’t gone in the past couple years. Today we decided to go for the Arcade. A game was down—that’s fine I get it stuff happens—but a LOT of the games were down. Even games that looked good and ready to go, we used our cards and the machine took our money before either not doing anything or showing a large error message that definitely was NOT there before we paid.

We decided to try and make the best of it even though we counted game after game that was either completely down or had random error messages. We did bring it up to someone just because we got scammed on a few, and they refunded us the $2 which was nice.

Finally we get to the prize counter, and we are pretty patient people because we all work in customer service and could see the line of people that they had for bowling, but it took a WHILE. They helped person after person for the bowling line, and I know they knew we were there in the prize line because someone had walked by at least once to grab something behind the counter. After waiting and waiting, we finally stood in the bowling line and specifically requested help.

Someone came over and was nice, took our cards and tried to run them through their computer. Then let us know the computer was being weird so they would restart it. Then told us it’s broken and that they’re unable to process the cards for the tickets. We left after that.

Luckily we told the man who had recently come over to wait with his young son, because the staff did not think to talk to him at all.

Came here I felt very uncomfortable, there was this lady bartender, as me and my guest sat at the bar she ignored us and kept serving others, then when she finally came to us we told her what we wanted then she says we should pay first before we are given the drink, has anyone ever experienced this, because I have been to numerous places and you get what you ask for, then you pay, very disappointed

Bowling is always fun but Rue is the reason we come back! He service and friendly smile shine bright. She is by far the best server they have. If you come to bowl make sure you ask for Rue's section!

Games on Sunday $15 per person even for a 3 year old who isn't really bowling. Food prices pretty high for subpar food. Also arcade games are all $2 each game(which many weren'tworking). Kinda a rip off. Not to mention the lanes are bumpy and overly slick.

Had fun at the bar listening to live music

Had a really good time with my friend, the only bad thing is we felt like because the way the pins are held up by string that it interfered with our ability to get strikes.

My family has been to this bowling alley many times during the day and always had a great experience. I decided to take my team here to celebrate new years and the service was so bad I was embarrassed. Every year for the past 14 years I've taken them out to celebrate somewhere different and we've never experienced this level of disorganization, and lack of customer service. The reservation was made online a few weeks in advance, so I called the day before to confirm. All set. I also called an hour before the event started to confirm and offer shoe sizes for our group. They confirmed the event again and said to come 15 minutes early to start gathering shoes, so we can start on time. The lane rental is from 3pm-5pm. I arrive ahead of my team to make sure their shoes are ready at the lane when they arrive. They young lady at the counter couldn't find our reservation. I had just called at 2pm and they could see it. I showed her my confirmation email and she walkies some one to come help. He didn't respond because he had left the walkie on the counter where we were standing. So she had to go find him. A few minutes later they both return and guess what.....he can't find it either. I show him the confirmation and he keeps looking. It's now a little after 3pm and the waitress comes up carrying our drinks. I told her we haven't been assigned our lanes yet and she walks away. About 3:15 they assign us 2 lanes and my team has mostly arrived. But it didn't end there. The tables down at the lanes hadn't been cleaned. They were sticky and had a toenail on one table! We pointed it out when the waitress came and she stated she'd already cleaned them. Collectively we pointed at the dirty tables and toenail. She came back with food before cleaning them and set it down ON the dirty table. She quickly apologized and cleaned the table. I had pre ordered a good amount of food, so it was coming out in waves, which was prefect, but she kept setting the food down and running off without saying anything. We didn't get any silverware which was needed for the sauced items. I pre ordered water and soda, but she never asked of anyone wanted to order anything else. I had to walk over to the bar to order drinks for them, just more Soda and water. The gentlemen working the bar was the same one who couldn't find our lanes in the beginning. He said he'd have some one bring the pitchers over. Never happened. I had to walk over and get the soda. Then walk back a few minutes later because he forgot the water. The team intended on ordering alcohol, but didn't since no one ever came. We're locals. We all go there regularly and usually have a great experience and service at the lanes. But on this day it's hard to find anything positive about the experience. I'm embarrassed that I brought them here to celebrate. After my team had left I talked to the manager and he stated the franchisee didn't want their phone number handed out, but she would reach out to me yesterday 1/2/25. That didn't happen.
