The recent renovations have this place looking clean, modern and exciting. It's a great place to get together with friends or host an event. The food is good but it does takes a while to get things from the kitchen so planning ahead is in your best interest. They play music suitable for all crowds. The management did a great job understanding and executing the agenda for our party.

Our family had such a fun night at Strike City, and Farrah, our server, made it even better! 🎳 She was so attentive, kind, and always checked in to be sure we were taken care of.

This was a surprise night with my nephew flying in from college to join the holiday tradition, so it was already special. With all the laughter and family chaos 🤣, Farrah kept everything running smoothly and by the end of the night, let’s just say she had met everyone in our family. ❤️

We even had a funny moment when she got a little mixed up because my sister and I are identical twins 👯🤣. She took a photo for us, but of course we forgot one person… which just means we’ll have to come back for Take 2 🎬.

It truly was a pleasure meeting Farrah. She made us feel welcome, and we’ll be requesting her every time if she’s working. 10/10 service, great atmosphere, and I can’t wait to bring my grandkids next time! ❤️

This is a great place! Food was fairly priced and delicious, fun and lively environment, good music and an awesome arcade.

Expensive... but fun. Not a fan of their pins being on ropes. Food from the bar was decent.

What is the deal with the new paper thin eggs on the crossings? That's all I ever get there and the egg was the best part. I guess I can't go there anymore. That sux.

This place sucks

I am a bowler and am on a league at Bowlero but wanted to try string bowling. The lane conditions were horrible. The only oil on the lanes were half way up the lane and only on the edges. The approach by the foul line was filthy on every lane. There was trash on the floors. I also had gone there to buy a bowling ball and was surprised that the pro shop was moved to a little hall way by the arcade. I know the pro shop is privately owned and feel horrible for the owner and staff. I'm sure they lost a lot business. I will stick with Bowlero. Much better bowling alley by far.

What a dump every game in arcade broken and cost 2 to 4 dollars to play and the broken games still take your money lol wow just wow told manager only thing even with receipts they offer as a solution for broken arcade games is to give you more credit for more broken games smh

I really wish their arcade wasn’t so expensive cause they have a cool set up but each game is $2-$4, probably why it’s never busy in the arcade section even on weekends. Otherwise, I like the bowling part and the prices for games are good. The food and drinks are good too.

The venue offers a fantastic atmosphere for bowling, which is a big plus! However, I believe there’s an opportunity for improvement in the service aspect. It seemed like only one or two servers were managing many guests, while some staff members were preoccupied with their phones and socializing. I noticed the bartender stepping in to deliver food, suggesting additional support could enhance the guest experience.

It's clear that a lot of effort and investment have gone into creating this space, and I feel for the owners who are trying to provide an excellent experience for everyone. It might be beneficial to focus on ensuring that all staff members know their responsibilities and engage with customers. With some adjustments, this place has the potential to be even better!
