Bowl 360 Strike City Spring Hill

The bowling area is very nice the foreground is a big screen and it was kind of beautiful, the gaming area though is unfortunately garbage most of the games were broken and when we needed to turn in our tickets there was no one to be found they were all huddled at the other end of the facility on a table nobody was at the station. Unfortunately will not go here again

I am a member of a night league, specifically Friday nights. My complaints… one, the PA system will burst your eardrums. Drastically needs to be replaced. Sounds horrible! The overhead music is much too loud and not appropriate for a league with older people. The staff is very accommodating and anxious to serve. At 9:00 pm a DJ begins to play in the bar. If you are bowling down near the bar, you literally have to scream to the person next to you. Between the blasting overhead music, combined with the DJ music being so loud the walls vibrate, I’m very anxious to get out of there!!

I booked a party of 6 for to bring in the new years In from 9pm to 2 am. I reserved a lane and purchased the package costing 389 which was supposed to cover 1 shareable platter and fountain drinks which I was informed I only had a half platter I could get which only fed up to 4 to 7 people this alone was $90 . I asked why is it so much and our server stated it was for the unlimited fountain drinks. What a rip off as my receipt stated nothing about a half platter which really had me frustrated. Also When me and my family arrived it was nothing but chaotic and disorganized we had to wait 30 mins to get our shoe rentals and bowling lane even though I had made reservations. I feel like I wasted my money coming here and I can guaranteed you I will not return

We used to come here at least once a week for dinner. Then they rebranded or changed owners, I’m not sure. We have gone back 3 or 4 times since and not a single person behind the bar would acknowledge us. Tonight, we wanted to give it another shot. The dinning room was empty and the bartender paid no attention to us after 10-15 minutes of sitting and just continued to chat with her friends. We got up and left yet again. We will never be back. It’s unfortunate.

Waitress came by twice. Nice place.

Fun place for bowling and arcade. Bar tender/ waitress was a bit too friendly with my husband for my liking, or I would give 5 stars. Lol

Bowl 360 Strike City exceeded our expectations on our first visit! We used Groupons to try it out, and I’m so glad we did. The moment you walk in, the dark atmosphere paired with colorful lights grabs your attention, creating a vibrant and energetic vibe. The bar area looks perfect for a date night—definitely planning to return for that!

The customer service at the bowling lanes was excellent. The staff was quick, efficient, and incredibly helpful, even going out of their way to find two lanes together so we could play side by side. They also offer a great variety of arcade games, adding to the fun.

Bowl 360 truly has everything needed for an enjoyable afternoon with family. Highly recommend!

Me and my friend had a blast bowling on Halloween, the service was really good aswell. Fun story is, I knocked the pin off the platform but it was still standing in the back and it didn't count it 😂

My first time at this center and I was blown away!Excellent lanes,you cant find a speck of dust. Exceptionally clean. The staff is extremely friendly. Always checked to see if we needed anything. A special thank you to Dawn! Not only a gorgeous young lady but friendly and always smiling.She was busy doing a million things but still took the time to talk to me about leagues and other questions. Great person! Give her a raise! I have found a new "home" for bowling! I highly recommend strike city spring hill!

As much as I would love to give this place 5 stars because the bowling alley is beautiful and it has a full bar, the service is absolute trash. 1st time here the server didn’t understand what drink I wanted (vodka soda) and the bartender kept ignoring us (waited about 15-20 mins). We just came back for a 2nd time and it took someone 30 mins to greet us at the bar after my husband went to the front and got an employee. For the amount of space you guys have, you should have more employees working. SUPER SLOW. I’m disappointed because I wanted to keep coming here but now I don’t.

Awesome bowling alley! It also had good burgers! The bar was really nice and the arcade looked like it had good games.

The chicken wings were really gross meat and I'll never get those again. They had really good pretzels and mozzarella cheese sticks.
