I came here during a Cosmic Bowling event. The price seemed fair for two hours of unlimited bowling. The environment during the event was vibrant and colorful! The food was alright, except for the pizza, which was terrible. This seems strange considering it has an attached bar and restaurant. There is also an arcade which would be awesome. But the games lacked variety. I wouldn't expect the arcade to hold children's attention for very long. Perhaps the most eye-catching thing for me in the arcade were the token cards lodged in the ceiling - that must have taken some skill. Overall it was a positive experience. But it can be better.

3.30.24 Update Review.The bowling Alley has been updated again, which is great. I like the new bar, new floors, and seating arrangements. However, they changed their bowling alley to a String Pin Bowling Alley. For people who bowl on leagues and can actually bowl, this is not an improvement because: string pin bowling has disadvantages, Unnatural pin carry, Tangles, and Play is heavily affected. So, I will not return for this reason because I am competitive and my bowling score means something to me.

Bowl 360 Strike City was a "Strike Out" for us.We went with my 3 granddaughters, ages 3yo, 6yo, and 8yo. We had to pay $20 a piece for 2hrs for them to bowl even the 3yo.They didn't even get to complete their second game.Also the food was outrageously priced. A cheese pizza was $18 and it was not that big.The mixed drinks were not that great either. Sent them back and had the same issue with the next round☹️I think we will be looking elsewhere. Bowling used to be an inexpensive way for families to have fun together.

Last night me and my friends came around 9:30pm group of 7. We Had fun but was told they weren’t doing the unlimited bowl special that is advertised for Sunday-Thursday 1-close and 2 hours of unlimited bowling for 15 a person. We were told they weren’t doing it and they were about to close so they were limiting parties that come in to one game. The guy that we were talking too at the counter had said if we finish early we could play another game after paying 10 dollars a person and finished around 10:45 mind you a hour and 15 minutes before closing we asked to play another and was told that we would have to pay for another game if we wanted to play again. Not upset at anyone just disappointed because of the false advertising.

We had a child's Bday party here.( Package, call and Ask) Rue was our Server; She was Excellent. The staff was Amazing.The place was AmazingLights were very cool, Music was Jamming!Nice Looking ShoesArcade was Cool, Food was Excellent and Service was Top Notch.Clean, Friendly and ProfessionalI would Recommend to AllTried to add photos but it wouldnt let me

It was busy day waited 2hours. That was understandable due place was busy. When we finally got to the lane that was assigned . There was a birthday party finishing up all the rental shoes was left by the steps leading into to the lane. No bowling balls on the lane. We ask where to get the ball and was told we could get them from the lanes that people where playing on.we did tell the desk several times of our issue. By the time we started Half hour had past . Paid for two hour didn’t get that. The manager was very rude we understood it was busy. Her comments were how am I hearing about it now. This was when the game shutdown in the middle of our second game. This was our first time here. Never will I return to this establishment.I will say this our server Farra was outstanding she made sure our food and drink were good ? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for her
Called to book a lane and was told there was no wait and plenty of lanes open. Came in 15 minutes later and there was an hour wait. Manager blew us off and said a call center in New York answers their phone now. Waste of time and no customer care on their end.

Had a birthday gathering tonight(4:30 party). Around 30 or so. The lady Manager was so efficient and quick with our needs. I cannot say enough good things about the server, Dawn! She was quick on her feet helping , getting whatever my family and friends asked for. Not only that, her personality was all smiles, she was caring to everyone! She did her job and then some! Bowl 360 Strike City should have more staff like Dawn!Thank you, Bowl 360 Strike City!
