Not the best customer service,
Tried to exchange a drink for a small bag of chips from a coupon, Was declined then the lady took the coupon as I was paying like I was trying to pull a fast one or something😂

Imagine you place your order online 30 min before you get to the store the app says it’s ready. So you then show up 10 min after it said it was ready but your food is still not done… almost an hour for 2 sandwiches…. Then I get my food and both sandwiches aren’t even right

Today, December 30th, I had the worst customer service experience here. After waiting for them to complete an online order, I told Diego that I wanted to place my order because I noticed he had started making another order of four sandwiches. He replied that he had to finish that one first. It's not fair that after waiting for more than 20 minutes, I had to wait even longer while he made four more sandwiches, and his attitude was terrible.

My go to subway sandwiches made good with fresh items.Mayority of the time good costumer service best one around in my experience of this branch.Bery clean.The only negative thing at times the have 1 staff member working it could be a little delayed.

Literally had to walk out today at this location because we witnessed the team member making the sandwiches and coughing non stop with no covering her cough or turning her head or even just stepping away. Watching her make the person in front of me sandwich while coughing not covering her mouth or attempting to not cough towards the uncovered food prep area disgusted me enough to say something and walk out. I did mention to her the issue and her response was “Okay” ….

Disappointed that chop salads are no longer available

The young girls working today did an EXCELLENT JOB at maintaining the rules ie not allowed to cut up products and per health department rules unable to add to order once it has been given to customer

Would have appreciated a little more friendly customer service when I arrived but maybe the girls were tired from a busy day

I was not very nice after flatly being told not able to cut up meat for salad
I apologize for my behavior but maybe if signs were up starting no chop salads it would have prepared me more

If I wanted to have to prep my own food I would have stayed home

Becca is absolutely amazing! Every time I come into Subway, she greets me with a smile and such a great attitude. She makes the sandwiches perfectly and always takes the time to get everything just right. You can tell she really cares about her work and the customers. The store is always clean, the service is fast, and Becca’s energy just makes the whole experience better. She deserves all the recognition—thank you, Becca, for making Subway awesome!

I've eaten at this Subway 3 times. I wont return. First time was great, second was mediocre, and the third failed. Some employees could care less if the fixings area is cleaned up or not. Looks like garbage in the area. The owner should be ashamed if they're ok with brown lettuce, soggy tomatoes with little white beads on them, and wilted slimmy spinach. Why? Clean it up!

They try and ring you up, before the sub has even begun to be made, so that they can see what the tip is going to be. Then if below 20 percent your sub suffers. Worst decision they have ever made with tips, won't be returning

I read the menu incorrectly and didn't realize there was bacon on the sub I chose and she made it and then realized I didn't want it she got super irritated and it was all over her face that she was upset.. I definitely didn't think it was the end of the world but she definitely did!
