I've eaten at this Subway 3 times. I wont return. First time was great, second was mediocre, and the third failed. Some employees could care less if the fixings area is cleaned up or not. Looks like garbage in the area. The owner should be ashamed if they're ok with brown lettuce, soggy tomatoes with little white beads on them, and wilted slimmy spinach. Why? Clean it up!

They try and ring you up, before the sub has even begun to be made, so that they can see what the tip is going to be. Then if below 20 percent your sub suffers. Worst decision they have ever made with tips, won't be returning

I read the menu incorrectly and didn't realize there was bacon on the sub I chose and she made it and then realized I didn't want it she got super irritated and it was all over her face that she was upset.. I definitely didn't think it was the end of the world but she definitely did!

All around delicious food obviously but this location stands out with the love and care that is put into the sandwich the woman behind the counter named Becca was super cool and really May the New York boy who knows delis want to come back probably just to this location of Subway because of how my experience was good stuff thumbs up mad love

Haven't been here in awhile, because of past disappointments. Thought we would give it another try, my mistake. Bread was stale, was supposed to have 2x cheese and did not, asked for sauce on side and didn't get. There are to many options around..

Disappointing I went to go get the meal of the day and the lady mistakenly charged me full price(she was new and I didn’t catch it because I was expecting 6.99 plus tax). I went back into the store to let her know and I just wanted to be refunded what was left over from the 6.99 meal. Needless to say, I paid with the card Her manager wanted to refund me on my card which takes 24 to 48 hours, it’s the weekend, and then she wanted to charge my card again for that 6.99 for the meal. No reason for that, and on top of it you say in the beginning you can’t refund because I took the food…now you have your food back that was made for me and it can be counted as waste. I won’t be coming back to this subway. Also no one in restaurant and every table was dirty.

Ordered a salad. They use to do a great job making a salad nice and chopped . Today. They literally put everything in a bowl slapped on a lid and did not chop ANYTHING. Just threw the meat on top. Wtf 🤣. Then. To top it off no plastic knives !!! Never again subway.

We ordered 4 sandwiches through DoorDash. Every sandwich was missing major ingredients, like the cheese on all of them. Mine was pathetic: a smear of tuna, not toasted, no cheese, spinach leaves, olives, pepper, oil, or vinegar, a sprinkle of lettuce, a tomato on each end, a squirt of honey mustard at one end and mayo on the other. Subway is known for a stuffed, huge sandwich. Mine was flat, like a picky child's sandwich who had asked for only two ingredients.
I almost cried and gave it to my granddaughter. Then I found out no one had gotten a correct order and tried to call the store. SIX phone calls over 10 minutes and NO ONE would answer the phone at 7:20pm.
So my husband and I took the food back to the store (after we had tried to save ourselves an outing by having it delivered). We talked to a black haired employee with cross tattoos on his neck (no name tag visible) who muttered, "Well, its hard when I am here by myself." We showed him what was missing from each sandwich and he swiped them off the counter into the trash as I was protesting that they could just be fixed.
He preceded to make us 4 new sandwiches in silence. My husband stood at the counter to supervise this time. When they were finished, he did not hand them over with an apology. He walked past my husband to place them on the Online Order shelving and went back to his previous order without looking at us again.
I was appalled that working alone somehow kept this man from being able to make a sandwich with a list of ingredients in front of him. Even more appalled that he couldn't speak politely or make an attempt at customer service. "Keep the first sandwiches. OR Have a drink while you wait. OR Would you like some free chips or cookies since you had to drive over here just to get your cheese, etc?" ANYTHING but grousy silence and then outright rudeness.
I would love to have had a manager to talk to or even someone answer the phone. If this is read by someone who wants to keep owning a Subway, please free up this employee's future to work somewhere else. He is ruining your business.

We went to Subway for an advertised special but we decided not to get the special. I ordered a 6 inch ham and cheese. I had to ask for fresh lettuce because what was setting out looked very brown and spoiled. I got the feeling that the young man making the sub was not happy that I asked for fresh lettuce. He got a little bit of an attitude. The rest of the sandwich was good. My husband got a foot long Beast. He enjoyed the sub. We both had gotten the Italian bread and it was fresh. We will go back. Anyone could be having a bad day.
