We ordered 4 sandwiches through DoorDash. Every sandwich was missing major ingredients, like the cheese on all of them. Mine was pathetic: a smear of tuna, not toasted, no cheese, spinach leaves, olives, pepper, oil, or vinegar, a sprinkle of lettuce, a tomato on each end, a squirt of honey mustard at one end and mayo on the other. Subway is known for a stuffed, huge sandwich. Mine was flat, like a picky child's sandwich who had asked for only two ingredients.
I almost cried and gave it to my granddaughter. Then I found out no one had gotten a correct order and tried to call the store. SIX phone calls over 10 minutes and NO ONE would answer the phone at 7:20pm.
So my husband and I took the food back to the store (after we had tried to save ourselves an outing by having it delivered). We talked to a black haired employee with cross tattoos on his neck (no name tag visible) who muttered, "Well, its hard when I am here by myself." We showed him what was missing from each sandwich and he swiped them off the counter into the trash as I was protesting that they could just be fixed.
He preceded to make us 4 new sandwiches in silence. My husband stood at the counter to supervise this time. When they were finished, he did not hand them over with an apology. He walked past my husband to place them on the Online Order shelving and went back to his previous order without looking at us again.
I was appalled that working alone somehow kept this man from being able to make a sandwich with a list of ingredients in front of him. Even more appalled that he couldn't speak politely or make an attempt at customer service. "Keep the first sandwiches. OR Have a drink while you wait. OR Would you like some free chips or cookies since you had to drive over here just to get your cheese, etc?" ANYTHING but grousy silence and then outright rudeness.
I would love to have had a manager to talk to or even someone answer the phone. If this is read by someone who wants to keep owning a Subway, please free up this employee's future to work somewhere else. He is ruining your business.

We went to Subway for an advertised special but we decided not to get the special. I ordered a 6 inch ham and cheese. I had to ask for fresh lettuce because what was setting out looked very brown and spoiled. I got the feeling that the young man making the sub was not happy that I asked for fresh lettuce. He got a little bit of an attitude. The rest of the sandwich was good. My husband got a foot long Beast. He enjoyed the sub. We both had gotten the Italian bread and it was fresh. We will go back. Anyone could be having a bad day.

Horrible experience the man with black hair and a black mustache working tonight's shift on (September,13 2024 ) was the worst experience I have ever had he was threw my sandwiches around and was so mad that I was even more there in the first place. I have been here for YEARS and never experienced this bad night or not. He was so aggressive with my food to were I was very uncomfortable subway handle your people !!!! Stop making one person work a damn shift

lady working today was absolutely HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! HORRIBLE MANORS! I waited 20 mins for a sandwich on my lunch break while the entire store had ONE person in it! YOU NEED STAFF ASAP!

I forgot to ask for toasted in the app. I guess it's set to not-toasted by default? It was still good to eat however I think the sandwich I chose also came with a bunch of fillings that I did not omit. Basically the app needs to be better and clearer. Service was good. I might go back if I can get a coupon or something. The prices are ridiculous for a sandwich.

The guy with the sunglasses that’s always here, his service is outstanding! Today when I went in, there was a new guy there and they were both getting screamed at by a very rude customer that threw the sandwich at them while there was other customers in there, including two small children. They handled it very well and professional, they definitely deserve a raise! I feel like I was dealing with my patients in the pharmacy when they can’t get their narcotics, it was atrocious to see that type of behavior come from a grown male.

I have ordered from here now 2x and each time I have wanted no onions on my order and it tells me what is supposed to be on the subs and I don't like onions so now I have to go in and take them off again. I don't like complaining obviously bit this is now the second time where onions appear when I ask for non

1/2 a star if I could. Ordered $24 worth of sandwiches and chips was going to purchase additional $50 in gift cards. For a total approximately around $74. Was told we do not accept $100 or $50 Dollar currency. Hmmm message to owner do not have your employees offer add ups if your not willing to accept US goverment issuse currency. You are a restaurant for Petes sake. After the young lady said "there's a 7-11 up the road", I left. Wasn't sure if she was suggesting I buy the sandwiches there.Sad....
