1/2 a star if I could. Ordered $24 worth of sandwiches and chips was going to purchase additional $50 in gift cards. For a total approximately around $74. Was told we do not accept $100 or $50 Dollar currency. Hmmm message to owner do not have your employees offer add ups if your not willing to accept US goverment issuse currency. You are a restaurant for Petes sake. After the young lady said "there's a 7-11 up the road", I left. Wasn't sure if she was suggesting I buy the sandwiches there.Sad....

This was the WORST experience we've ever had at a place to eat before. 1stly, they (this girl and the boy she was working with dark hair) were both miserable and CLEARLY upset that we even came in to order anything. We came in with 6 kids and 2 adults. Was just the two of us adults ordering, kids were at tables. EVERYTHING we ordered was like it was the BIGGEST burden in their life, so that was annoying in itself. 2ndly they forgot the cups for our drinks, the foot long cookie, the two separate cookies, had a sissy attitude when we asked about them. Everything they asked if there was anything else they asked with annoyance in their voice, showed they were definitely upset about having more things to do... sorry/not sorry you had to work and do that you're paid to do. We were never once rude UNTIL my friend who is LEGALLY blind mistakingly asked a gentleman passing by if there was high chairs, he politely said I'm sorry ma'am I'm not sure and he turned to the employee and said can you help her meanwhile the BOY behind the counter started hysterically laughing at her saying "he doesn't work here", she proceeds to tell him she can't see well, and he STILL continued to laugh as did the GIRL. I chimed in and said "she can't see properly, she's LEGALLY blind but you're still laughing like an a*****e", and still while laughing he says " sorry I didn't know" we got over it sat down ate our meal only to leave and upon loading into our vehicle hear the GIRL pictured here in this photo start slamming the tables and chairs we were sitting at all over the floors and up against the GLASS windows of the place, tossing the mop down etc. So yes, that naturally upset us more to be treated so poorly, they already know she had a vision issue when she called me up to the register to help her pay because she couldn't see it right and she told the GIRL, "I'm sorry, I'm blind as a bat and can't see right, I need her to help me". ? DISRESPECTFUL KIDS like this shouldn't be working at a "family friendly" establishment, nor should they be working with the public period. Oh and we cleaned up the tables and everything for the the only thing we didn't get was the chip crumbs on the floor. Heaven for bid they had to clean or work for the job they get paid to do. ??‍♀️ Almost forgot, we asked multiple times about a high chair, they said nothing, until the other gentleman was mistakingly asked. Then the BOY said there was one and pointed to where it was, which it was DISGUSTING, probably hasn't been cleaned in ages, was sticky and dirty to all heck. ?? I'll be placing a call to the manager first thing in the morning , but figured I should warn ALL with DISABILITIES or CHILDREN to NEVER EVER IN A MILLION YEARS GO INSIDE TO EAT. My friend felt so upset, embarrassed, shocked and so extremely belittled by these rude children behind the counter. CUSTOMERS BEWARE.Kid-friendliness: ABSOLUTELY NOTTTTTTT KID FRIENDLY

This location was absolutely disgusting. The counters were dirty, everywhere. Their coolers were iced over, needing major attention. Most of the veggies were wilted and did not look fresh. Our sandwiches barely had any meat, nothing like they advertise. The lady who made our meal couldn't smile and was very unhappy. I told her we would never come back.

I had such a great experience at this subway because of Joey. He was so pleasant and made great sandwiches for me and my little one. He was polite and cheerful. I later realized I lost my debit card and saw that I had missed a call from Joey. He went above and beyond to let me know that I left my card at the store and he was keeping it safe. I was really impressed by him. Such a great person to represent Subway. I even tried to reward him and he refused and was just happy I got his messages. I wish upper management could see this. This is the most pitiful, ridiculous sub I have ever had from Subway a roast beef sub with less than one piece of roast beef, three skinny slices of tomato, a piece of cheese, the size of two stamps, and it looks like it came out of a blender. I will never eat at this place again Gave it first time because the kid was new. This is how they want to treat customers they’re not going to have any. I tried to call to discuss. But no one will answer the phone. Horrible experience do not go to this place.

Have been here a few times and always received okay service, not great, but not bad.Went in the other night 10 mins before closing, lights still on, sign still lit, and was told he couldn't make anything because he was prepping to close. If that's the case, turn off the sign and lock the door. It takes 2-3 mins to make a sandwich, and he still had everything out.i was disappointed, but it is what it is, will just use a different subway from now on

Wow! I am happy to say how impressed I was with the service, the teamwork, and the positive, fun attitudes. I have driven past this little subway for a while now. I am so glad I finally went in. Keven, our sandwich maker, was efficient, friendly, and fun. Looking forward to our next visit. ?

I came in at 8, they closed at 9. I greeted the guy working with a hey, how ya doin'? He kinda grunted. He was working on a pick up order and mine, but he was almost done with the pick up. I tell him what I want, 2 Philly cheese foot longs . He wasn't friendly, he seemed disgusted with being there. He had sunglasses on and a New York Yankees cap. No name tag. In the middle of me trying to keep this dudes attention, a dude came in who clearly works there, but was off. He's asking this the worker if he can get a drink. The workers demeanor completely changed with the other dude and he wasn't paying attention to what I was asking for because he was too interested in the other guy. I had to repeat things two and three times. I finally had to turn to the other guy and ask him if he could please wait until I was finished because he was distracting the guy behind the counter. He was contrite, said sorry and sat and waited. My dude behind the counter went back to his "hating life" attitude. I mean come on, at least fake some customer service! I can say the place was clean and easy to get to at least.
