They never answer the phone. I usually order delivery, and on several occasions, I have tried to reach somebody at this store by phone and not once have they ever answered.

I ordered sandwiches from here to be delivered.they forgot to put my chips in the bag and the driver was kind enough to go back because it was on my receipt.He said the manager said it was not on my order,but I sent a screen shot of it and then he was given the bag of chips.when I opened my sandwich it wasn't how I ordered was missing extra things I paid for and was not on their also was not the bred I asked for..I called the store and asked to speak to the manager and he said his name was James and I explained to him that there was no bacon and the bread was wrong.He then raised his voice when I asked if my sandwich could be replaced the way i ordered it..he said he was not gonna make a 20.00 sandwich over and doesn't know why im bitching over some bacon and the wrong bread.He was extremely rude and was very argumentative with me as im the costomer and he didn't give one cents..He should be fired for speaking to someone like that.I did write to corporate about this as well.

The server known as Logan. I simply was asking for a rotisserie sub and he starts putting things on there by having to ask for yet, but not only that he was also giving me an attitude. There was not any premier service whatsoever in Subway and puts way too much cheese on it as well and put sauce I haven't asked for. This is not how we should be treating customers close to the servers with a smile and he was part of the opposite
It's a subway, theyre pretty standard. It's my favorite in the area, though! Far better than either Mariner location

I was stranded in Spring Hill by a series of unfortunate circumstances and popped into this Subway while I waited to a bus ride home. Jill greeted with with a friendly smile and took my order. She promptly prepared my $6.99 footlong with a side of delicious nachos to perfection. If I'm ever in Spring Hill again, I'll definitely be back. Thanks for a great experience.

Sat there and waited for her to finish my sandwich after coming out the oven, waited about 8 mins and after I left and opened the sandwich the meat was ice cold

Big dude has an awesome personality but is one of the slowest sandwich makers I’ve seen. I placed an online order and came to pick it up at the expected time. It then took them an additional 15 minutes to make my sandwiches because they kept making walk ins before my pick up.

I Left Empty Handed!
I paid for two subs using the app. Proceeded to the store to pick them up as I’ve done many times before, just to be told that there was a “network” issue and they never received my order-despite me receiving an email confirmation of which I showed them. I checked my account-the money was debited. Associate *Jane said that this happens “all the time”. Hmm…really?! There are more Subway restaurants than McDonald’s. Why is this known problem allowed to happen All The Time? Associate *Jane gets store manager James on the phone. Store manager James basically says you’re SOL; sorry, but not sorry…But hey, you’ll get your money back in 24-48 hours 👍🏼 James had every opportunity to compensate me for this inconvenience-free sandwiches, a gift card of some sort, heck a free cookie-anything that expresses a sincere apology; instead he tried to convince me to be understanding of their KNOWN network app issues. I’ve been patronizing this subway for as long as they’ve been there. Today I left a very unhappy customer.
It’s worth mentioning that I had absolutely no problems with the other three employees in the store at the time. Despite the problem, they remained professional.

Poor service. I ordered online, picked a time and then corrected it before I cashed out. Once submitted, it said the order would be the first time I picked, which was an hour later than I wanted. My partner was already on the way to pick it up. I called several times and no answer. So I sent him the proof of purchase and included all of the details about the order, proof of payment, etc. The staff there refused to make the food early and he had to wait an hour for the food, even though he had plenty of proof that it was ordered and paid for. The staff did not care, did not try to help, and didn't answer the phone at all.

Honestly, I used to love subway, now the bread is bland and the meat on my two different sandwiches was very poor quality, this is probably the 3rd time I have had poor quality food from Subway. I don't think it's specific to this location.
