We regularly visit this location to grab lunch and EVERYTIME we go in we are greeted by Abdiel right away. He is truly a one of a kind employee!!! He is always upbeat, kind, and friendly. He also goes above and beyond to make the sandwiches with care; asking as he goes along if that is sufficient for each topping. Thank you Abdiel for always making our trip to subway awesome!

I take subway to work almost everyday and everyday someone manages to make a mess of the sandwich. I go to this location specifically to see if Jill is working because she makes it perfectly every time. She’s the only sandwich artist I’ve seen at any subway in Spring Hill. So thank you Jill!

All American Sub Disaster. Ordered through the app, a footlong toasted all american sub and when I unwrapped it, it was smashed and not toasted. I asked the girl at the store, are you sure it's toasted and she said yes even though the bag was cold.
Also they wrapped it so tight that the untoasted bread was smashed.
I would not recommend this subway unless you are standing in front of them and watching what they do.

Absolutely clean location! Great staff and most importantly very fresh food! Easy to order and nicely paired with new chips that are smoky barbecue like but not spicy.Highly recommended!

Wed night 2/7 around 6pm. Two guys working the prep line were arguing intensely. Lots of profanity and ugliness. All this in front of 5 customers waiting in line and 2 Door Dash drivers waiting on orders. As a driver, time is money and I wont be taking any more Subway orders for Door Dash as this cost me 15 minutes. Store owner needs to clean up this crew and teach some decency and customer service.

We had the Italian and the tuna sub for pickup. Neither had the amount of toppings we ordered. They were runny and frankly not anywhere as good as our previous order. I had to make a wrap with the other half the next day and add lettuce and stuff to make it good.
I made an online order from this location for the first time today. I usually go to another one nearby but this one is closer and I thought I’d give it a shot. It came in a timely manner. However, the order was wrong. $25 down the drain. Extremely disappointed.
