I arrived to this location around 10am when it’s listed on both the front door and Google they open at 8am. I waited about an hour and called, the man there said they opened at 8am yet when I went over the door was locked, so I go back and the door is still locked. The man working came out and said it’s another hour before they open meaning they don’t actually open until at least 11:30/12. Yet at the same time he kept trying to explain that they did open at 8? Confusing and it shows very poor work ethic. I was a regular to this location since we are in the same plaza. I will not be going here anymore and I’ll recommend others should go to another location as well.

Three days ago the app would not process orders. The restaurant did not receive my order, but I got charged three times that hit my account.
They told me to call corporate. To find out, there is no number to actually speak to someone.
I then have emailed corporate three times.
I have also called the store numerous times asking for a manager or the franchise owner. Which then they proceed to tell me just wait two days or they are not here. Every single employee is well aware of the situation going on. Management and owner should’ve handled this. So between the first hour of the situation and now three days later, all three charges are no longer pending and have hit my account. $40 of sandwiches that I did not order and did not receive.

Upon walking into the store, the vibe was just off. As we were ordering, and our food was being prepared, we noticed that there were flies all over the food, including our food that was currently being prepped. I politely said that I didn’t want the food and I left very disgusting not clean. Do not eat there you will get sick.

I asked for diced tomatoes and was told they could cut them in half. Like why? Is it that much harder to cut them a few more times. Chicken was like warm. No flavor. Will not be back.

Whole place smells like a wet dog. Very big turn off when walking into a food establishment. Employee was very kind and deserves recognition but this place needs a deep clean based on the overwhelming odor of dog.

Ask for extra meat got the usual amount and they messed up one of my sandwiches putting wrong items on my sandwiches I ordered from mobile last time I'll do that
