It's absolutely delicious with their variety of flavors. Also they change out flavors so you can always try new ones. The staff is very helpful and friendly even if some of their customers are unfortunately not. Super easy to navigate through. Grab a selected size cup and fill it til desired and then head to the topping station. I eat here every week. Never had an issue and always a pleasure.

I'm only giving 5 stars because my 3yr old loved it! But really....14$ for one 12oz yogurt with little watermelon yogurt and some toppings? Really? And the little 16yr old girl didn't even say hi. Felt like I was bothering her. No hi welcome to sweet frog. Didn't even say hi to my 3yr old. Service is rude and sucks. Prices are ridiculous.

We went yesterday 7/19, the place was so dirty, and the candy you put on your froyo is old and hard. My son actually spit out his gummy bear saying it tasted yucky and said the candy was too hard to chew. It’s too bad because my kids loved sweet frog.

My family of 16 recently visited this location and spent well over $100 on ice cream. I ordered a cookies and cream flavor with toppings, but unfortunately, it was spoiled. I brought this to the cashier's attention, and they offered to replace the cup, which I appreciated at first.
However, when I returned to the toppings bar with my new cup, I was told I couldn't get any more toppings. This was incredibly frustrating. It wasn’t as if multiple members of our group were asking for replacements—just one person out of a large party. We weren't asking for anything unreasonable, especially considering the spoiled product and the amount of money we spent.
The lack of flexibility and understanding from the staff left a bad taste in our mouths—no pun intended. We won’t be returning, and we hope management takes a closer look at how they handle situations like this in the future.
