My son ordered steak taco for himself and his friends and there was hair in the burrito and he had to pull the hair out of his mouth!!! Then “manager wouldn’t even talk to us we er went back and just refunded , he couldn’t have the food remade Also , so he stayed hungry !! Despicable

To the two females that were working the drive through tonight at 8:29 pm no hello no thank you no have a nice day no thank you for coming through my drive-through and purchase food because without you I would not have a job !!!you were nasty and rude There’s kind people that are looking for jobs out here obviously you don’t wanna be there so please go the hell home
This particular Taco Bell has kiosks to order from. There is the sweetest lady who works there that helped us order since we had no idea how to do it!! She is the best! Very grateful for her help!

Not only has their menu went downhill but they can't make a chalupa to save your life with the correct shit you order. After the third time of paying extra for chicken getting no meat on my chalupa, I'm moving on I won't be ordering from them anymore
