Worst t bell I have ever had

Went thru drive thru at approximately 11:15. Ordered 2 number 2's, the taco SUPREMES! One order hard shell, one order soft shell...... Did not get supreme tacos for either order. The hard tacos were broken, the meat was cold. I called and the manager on duty told me to come back and they would make it right. Tried saying the order taker couldnt understand because of the wind. I explained to her that she asked us numerous times, and clarified that we wanted supremes. I then asked her if I could leave my name and she said they don't do that but we could come back any time in the next 2 days to get it made right...... Mind you, she never told me her name until I straight up asked. She just said tell them the mgr on duty approved it. As someone who has worked fast food before, and was a store manager, I knew this was BS. If you don't have a name, they won't honor the mistake. I had to pry her name out of her.
I've been going to this site for years, so I'm very disappointed in tonight's service. Crew and manager both sucked!!!!!!! I basically had a lettuce taco. Hardly any meat or cheese and paid over $20 for this crap!

After waiting 40 minutes in the drive-through I Got handed a bag of rolled up raw cheese . Not a single thing was cooked . Just an entire bag of uncooked rolled up cheese . The tortillas weren’t even warm.. so I go inside wait for my order to be remade again and then got handed another bag of cheesy roll ups still un cooked . It’s just rolled up cheese that had to be melted.. 10$ and over an hour later at 11pm and I’m now looking for somewhere else to eat .
I’m just kind of blown that they thought that was OK..definitely don’t recommend this location

Julianna, the girl running the drivethrough, was an absolute delight when I visited this store last week. From the moment I heard her voice on the intercom, I could hear the smile on her face; a smile that also greeted me when I drove up to the window. What a great attitude she has -- it's something I wish was more common not only in younger people, but in all people these days. The food was great as well. I told my wife that those crispy chicken burritos and tacos would taste just as great if served at a more expensive sit-down restaurant -- they are truly delicious. This location gets bonus points for knowing how to make a chili-cheese burrito; something the other location on County Line Road doesn't do.

Had paid for an order that was the wrong order and got charged on my card . Then they wanted me to pay again . I was low on funds and couldn’t pay for another order . My order should have been under 10 dollars and I was charged 18.50 . Didn’t realize it when I paid . Just hungry and getting off work . Manager decided to tell me there’s nothing they can do with the order I paid for . I Left the location angry cause I now have no money, no food, and no resolution . -unresolved matter- if the charge doesn’t go back on my card I’ll be expecting a refund .

I waited 20 minutes for a GrubHub order and had to leave and cancel it because they were only paying me $5 for it, and I'd wasted too much time waiting. This restaurant prioritizes drive-thru and walk-in orders over app orders, and that's not how things work. I used to be a restaurant manager, and orders should be processed in the order they come in, not the order they want to. I was a customer of this Taco Bell because I love tacos, but I won't be spending my money here again.

Order is never correct. This food taste like I came out of refrigerator. The soft tacos actually should be labeled hard because they feel and taste like they're at least a month old. I will never ever go to the storing again. It's gross. It's disgusting.

Anytime I've come to this Taco Bell recently it's always a mess. If you go through the drive thru, they constantly make you wait to order and never seem prepared. One time, i waited 10 minutes before they told me i could pull forward, all i said was i was picking up my mobile order and it took them 10 minutes to let me pull forward to the window. Not only was i waiting at the speaker for 10 mins, i had to wait an additional 15 just for 2 tacos and a drink and no one else was in the parking lot. This wasn't a one time occurrence, this has happened on countless occassions when i come here. The staff always are lazy, ive gotten handed the wrong food, half of my order, raw food, and my final straw was the last time i ordered from here my taco tasted like dish soap. Ive genuinely never been so disgusted by the service of a fast food resturaunt. Its extremely disappointing to see how poorly this taco bell has declined, i will not be visiting this location again anytime soon.

I waited inside for 20 minutes and then waited outside for 10 minutes and then when we went inside, no one even asked us if we needed help. They didn’t try and take our order like they didn’t try and interact with us at all and there were people standing around literally watching the other people work and doing nothing. I do not recommend this Taco Bell at all.

The worst customer service with a foul mouth young punk manger, employees arguing amongst themselves and over 25 minutes waiting to get my $40 order and shocker it was wrong was pissed enough to get a refund witch takes alot for me but wife had enough and wanted to leave so investing my time in a proper review witch I also don't do so hope this says enough!!
