I went through the drive around 8pm tonight…. By 11pm I am throwing up non stop can’t stop puking…. This is the second time I have had food poisoning from this location. The first time I didn’t say anything….. this time I am reporting to the health department and CDC.

5/29. The lady at the drive through was curt, rude and totally unprofessional. I imagine they are trained to be friendly and polite to customers but this one was anything but. If she hates her job so much, she should look for a new one.

Had to ask multiple times for our food and After waiting for 20 minutes for a mobile to go order we received our food our food was just thrown together very shitty I watched as they threw trash on the floor multiple times so disgusting and unhygienic only received 2 stars over all due to the food being half way decent in taste otherwise it would be zero stars

Ordered two chicken Chalupa's and a soft taco told the person I hated sour cream and not to put sour cream at least eight times. Looked over the order it said no sour cream. All my orders had sour cream in them. I hope you people get replaced by robots.

i came in a couple days ago, and i would just like to say the girl in drive thru Madison was very helpful i was having a hard time finding what i wanted, and she took her time to understand what i was trying to find. amazing customer service for this taco bell. i can’t wait to come back again.

Was very excited to see the tostadas back on the menu; however, our came with no jalapeño sauce and no tomatoes (which they did years ago). I am aware that cutting out these ingredients was a corporate decision and not this individual stores choice, but it was severally disappointing. Without these additions it just kind of tasted like beans. Also the cheese quesadilla we orders only had sauce on 2 pieces.

After a 30 minute wait for my order, I just told them to give me back my money. Apparently doordash and uber have priority over walk ins. White skinny manager at night was just full of excuses and no apology.
