My wife (who is Asian and cooks wonderfully) and I visited this food truck on a country road. My wife had Pad Woon Sen and I had the green curry. We enjoyed the meal by the side of the road and had the leftovers the next day which was just as good. While a little sweet, you will love the deliciously authentic Thai tea.

I am not a food critic but I have had considerable experience with Thai food for over 40 years. Good Thai food is a balance of sour sweet and salty. Most of the Thai restaurants in spring Hill in Brooksville are inconsistent or do not achieve this balance. I was completely surprised by the quality of food, it's freshness, and the great balance in taste. I highly recommend this restaurant. Do not miss the homemade spring rolls with homemade sweet Thai sauce. Kung will make special orders even if it's not on the menu. She made me Shu Shee Kai which is a penang curry chicken and basil dish. It was not on the menu but she graciously made it for me. If you call ahead she will also make you a delicious Tom Ka soup, Thai coconut soup. Though the food truck lacks great atmosphere it does have a picnic table with an umbrella if you choose to dine in and take out is very popular.

I was just here today for the first time on a small adventure with both my dogs. This is the BEST Thai food I think I’ve ever had in my entire existence on this planet. I had chicken fried rice, egg rolls, mozzarella sticks, thai tea, and the pumpkin curry. Not a single item I ordered was disappointing. Everything was extremely tasty. I will be back for sure!!! Thank you!!!

The lady who runs this shop is so sweet. You wouldn’t expect a little food truck in the middle of nowhere to be all that good but OMG! It was absolutely delicious. My grandma is Thai and her cooking reminds me of her. 11/10 must visit!!
