My wife (who is Asian and cooks wonderfully) and I visited this food truck on a country road. My wife had Pad Woon Sen and I had the green curry. We enjoyed the meal by the side of the road and had the leftovers the next day which was just as good. While a little sweet, you will love the deliciously authentic Thai tea.
I am not a food critic but I have had considerable experience with Thai food for over 40 years. Good Thai food is a balance of sour sweet and salty. Most of the Thai restaurants in spring Hill in Brooksville are inconsistent or do not achieve this balance. I was completely surprised by the quality of food, it's freshness, and the great balance in taste. I highly recommend this restaurant.
