Tipacanoe has the best homemade ice cream with real flavors and natural ingredients. Theresa, the owner, is always pleasant and friendly! The staff is super polite and prompt. It’s always busy and full of smiling faces.
Absolutely loved it!! This was our first time trying it and we were not disappointed!! Homemade waffle cones are amazing!! We tried cookie monster and phat Elvis and both were super creamy and delish 😋!! Will definitely be back!!
