“Out” of French toast sticks was kinda a bummer. Gal at the window was not very friendly. Didn’t say thank you or respond when I said thank you after receiving food.

Too busy to be bothered to get your order right. Chased a homeless man away for trying to sell his paintings across the street from them. Bad management, bad good, bad human beings.
Dietary restrictions: I guess you can order a plain burger no bun, cheese, or toppings if your child has allergies. But go eat somewhere else at that point.
Kid-friendliness: They hate people. Especially children or other undesirables.

Ordered a combo with a sweet tea. Get up to the window, lady hands me my food and I ask where is my drink. She said I didn’t ring it up that way, oh okay well let me get a drink then. Gets charged for a drink and now looking at my receipt that shows a drink with the combo and an extra drink…… well lady if you hit combo that means the drink is with the meal…. Idk if she needs more training or just to be a sign holder at this point…

Ordered a Crispy Chicken which is shown to have lettuce and tomatoes. My sandwich only has CHICKEN and that’s it! Guess I have to ask now on. Super disappointing.
