I work 3rd shift and I went through drive thru and ordered a small chili and a baked potato. No spoon ,no crackers, no butter or sour cream. I didn't realize it until after I got to work. Won't be back.

they had a trainee at the front with no one to help her and when we asked her for a large meal and she gave us a medium so we said no a large please and she had to go in the back and get the person training her to come help and STILL didn’t give us a large meal, just made our drinks a large. we also asked for no ketchup on a burger and it came with ketchup. she also did not give us cups.

I'm sure nobody will give 2 but everytime I go through the drive thru they are the rudest. The girl working window on 6/11/25 at 10:45 pm has a nasty attitude for no reason I get to the window hands me my drink I said thank you no answer hands me my food with a nasty look on her face and says nothing after I say thank you again. Listen if you are that miserable find a different job. I almost wanna contact the owner or corporate to hire me I will fix the attitudes or they would be gone. I get it it's a fast food place but if you are being paid to do a job do it without having a shitty attitude and it's everytime I go it's attitudes.
Thank you for screwing my oder up. Nothing like ending a 16 hr work day and opening you food up to realize the main part is missing! I mean how damm hard is it to put a order together? 15 dollars a hr you people get now at do your fing job!!!!! My fault i should not have trusted them to get it right when they can't get there heads outa there phones.

We used to be Baconator fans, but now the burgers are pretty small and sticky... Other burger chains offer more for the money. The fries were extremely salty and not particularly crispy. The wrap was quite good. Plus point for ordering on the tray and the drinks machines with the huge selection of drinks.
