The cashiers just stare at you and walk away when your at the counter and expect you to use the big screen to place an order this is ridiculous the slow screen to order don’t even work properly

Love this Wendy’s!! this is the only wendy’s I will EVER come to. the prices are very reasonable and Jose/Josue (dark curly hair) was the one who attended us in the drive thru. He was very friendly & polite, unfortunately I couldn’t hear the restaurant number well to leave a survey review. The food was very good, and they always leave a bunch of napkins, and are very friendly here!

The service here is always terrible lately when going through the drive thru in the evening. The person taking your order sounds irritated and is constantly rushing you to be finished. They try to hand you half your order and “shoo” you away without acknowledgment. The staff isn’t friendly or courteous at all. Don’t bother asking for more than one kind of sauce and definitely take the time to check the accuracy before driving away. Even for fast food this staff needs work.
