Placed a pickup order through doordash requested the wings to be extra crispy and they came soggy and no sauce at all. Gave this place a second chance and they failed. I don't get how they are so busy and serve crap wings.

I went in there with my son after we left the trampoline park and I just asked him how much was on my gift card. There was three managers and maybe like eight employees and nobody could figure out how much was on my gift card. They ended up calling the supervisor and the supervisor couldn’t figure out how to check my balance on my gift card With that being said I ordered a meal for me and my son and I just left my gift card there !!! They can keep whatever was on that gift card!There was no communication those poor little kids don’t know what they’re doing. Yeah will never be back there again.

I ordered 20 wings with hot honey rub flavor, they gave it to us and they were super oily with no and I mean ZERO seasoning? The only thing that saved the taste was the ranch that we had to pay 3 extra dollars for. The funny thing is that the fries were way over seasoned, I could basically only taste salt, but at least that one was an easy fix because you could just scrape some of it off. I love wingstop, but I would never come to this location again.

I always buy a large ranch dressing to keep in my house because we all like it so much.. However, I'm a bit annoyed Because I rushed over from work to get there before they close, as I normally do, to be told that they stop taking orders at 11:40. I arrived there at 11:43 for dressing. Closings at midnight. They wouldn't accommodate for even a small easy sale like this. Thanks alot.

I'll give 4 stars. but was going to give 1 originally. I ordered the 20 nuggets by (pickup) and received an email stating I would receive another email when my order is ready....I never got the email but I did wait an hour and 30 mins just to find out the order was made a long time ago and the email never sent. well I asked for a refund or hot food with an angry tone and I felt so bad at the time... well I came home and unpacked the bag to realize the added another 5 nuggies to my order. I pray the Lord forgives my wretched heart and I bless the Lord for this food and these people. Thank you

I ordered 6 wing combo on line- 3 Hawaiian and 3 garlic Parmesan. They all lacked flavor and the garlic Parmesan were dry and hard- tough to eat. The wings were not high quality. The fries were not good either. Very disappointing and on the expensive side

My husband ordered two orders of the 10 wings by the piece and they were absolutely DISGUSTING!!! He ordered the hot wings and I ordered the garlic Parmesan and the wings tasted like chewy water. I couldn’t believe how they came up to $30+ and the staff put no effort into making these wings have flavor. They cannot cook at this location at all. Their food is absolute trash. And to top it off, we order two different flavored wings however, they squeeze all 20 wings in one container for us to share. They didn’t even consider putting the order in separate containers. That shows how lazy the staff is. They really need to get it together. They get ZERO stars from me and I’ll never purchase from this location again.

We ordered a 30 piece wing, split 10/10/10. 20 dry rub, 10 wet. Instead of putting the dry rub wings in the same container, they mixed our lemon pepper dry rub and Hawaiian in the same box with the wet on top so our dry rub had sauce all over them and were soggy.
They did offer to remake them, but only if we brought them up to be inspected, per Hunter the manager. We get that it’s a busy place and mistakes happen, but the flippant attitude and outright dismissal of the complaint is aggravating. I’m not sure we’ll be back. Not because of the food or the mix up, but because of the lack of customer service from a manager.
Order from here on uber. The wing were lemon pepper dry rub and some how they came completely wet and leaking out of the box. Thought that was odd. Still tried them and lord it tasted like they poured lemon juice over them after cooking and threw some seasoning after. So sour and gross. I’ve had these wings plenty of times before, they are literally the only ones I normally get. I decided to try 4 wings in the hot honey, those came with nothing on the wings sitting on top of what I’m not sure what liquid that I’m guessing is supposed to be hot honey sauce . It was so gross 🤢

The manager Bree at this location is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever spoke with on the phone sounds very uneducated. It makes bad decisions on behalf of Wingstop also to conclude I was told that I have complained 32 times and they will refuse my service from here out, I’ve been haven’t even eaten this place 32 times and most recently moved to the area the year ago, I’m tried Wingstop and this is the most unexpected thing ever considering I don’t complain about food very much and this lady told me I’ve complained 32 times also to make it pretty apparent whoever’s marking down saying that there’s that many issues you would think it manager would call you and try to fix what they’ve been doing wrong but not one call not one manager corporate managers ever spoke with me And this is the first complaint. I’ve made on here about this Place. Do not hear your smart. This is a terrible location.
