I got sick here and called them next day told them. They told they would get back to me and they called ask if I want food or a refund told them a refund go there an all sudden there was nothing in the system I’m calling corporate this is crazy

If you’re a veteran, they offer a discount. Bring your ID. A friend recommended this place and it’s become a fave. Louisiana rub and Cajun are our favorites. Hickory smoked bbq is sweet and pretty spicy. Bone in wings, boneless wings, tenders, sandwiches, they are all good. We ask for extra crispy/well done for the classic wings. Sometimes too much oil is in the container, so we ask for dry. Great service every time. Seriously, the people make it a welcoming experience. If they forget something, the manager has made it right. Highly recommend.
Went to this location this past Saturday. Food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and sierra our cashier was so incredibly nice. Best visit I’ve ever had here.

Placed a pickup order through doordash requested the wings to be extra crispy and they came soggy and no sauce at all. Gave this place a second chance and they failed. I don't get how they are so busy and serve crap wings.

I went in there with my son after we left the trampoline park and I just asked him how much was on my gift card. There was three managers and maybe like eight employees and nobody could figure out how much was on my gift card. They ended up calling the supervisor and the supervisor couldn’t figure out how to check my balance on my gift card With that being said I ordered a meal for me and my son and I just left my gift card there !!! They can keep whatever was on that gift card!There was no communication those poor little kids don’t know what they’re doing. Yeah will never be back there again.

On going problem where wings are under sauced or meat is undercooked and rubbery
I ordered 20 wings with hot honey rub flavor, they gave it to us and they were super oily with no and I mean ZERO seasoning? The only thing that saved the taste was the ranch that we had to pay 3 extra dollars for. The funny thing is that the fries were way over seasoned, I could basically only taste salt, but at least that one was an easy fix because you could just scrape some of it off. I love wingstop, but I would never come to this location again.

I always buy a large ranch dressing to keep in my house because we all like it so much.. However, I'm a bit annoyed Because I rushed over from work to get there before they close, as I normally do, to be told that they stop taking orders at 11:40. I arrived there at 11:43 for dressing. Closings at midnight. They wouldn't accommodate for even a small easy sale like this. Thanks alot.

I'll give 4 stars. but was going to give 1 originally. I ordered the 20 nuggets by (pickup) and received an email stating I would receive another email when my order is ready....I never got the email but I did wait an hour and 30 mins just to find out the order was made a long time ago and the email never sent. well I asked for a refund or hot food with an angry tone and I felt so bad at the time... well I came home and unpacked the bag to realize the added another 5 nuggies to my order. I pray the Lord forgives my wretched heart and I bless the Lord for this food and these people. Thank you

I ordered 6 wing combo on line- 3 Hawaiian and 3 garlic Parmesan. They all lacked flavor and the garlic Parmesan were dry and hard- tough to eat. The wings were not high quality. The fries were not good either. Very disappointing and on the expensive side
