Don’t enjoy soggy chicken sandwiches.
I love Zaxby’s but the last few times I was there at Spring Hill the fries were so overly salted they were inedible. Please lighten up on the salt guys!! Thanks
So your reply back to my last review shows your idiot because if you read it says I’ve gotten before but this time sauce didn’t taste like buffalo.that you must have changed it. So next time read before telling someone you have many sauces. I’ll just go to Hooters’s from now on.

Customer service was ok. I can clearly see the cashier didn’t have much training.. I totally understand for I was an Assistant Manager of a fast food chain for 6yrs, I’ve been in food service for many years.
She apologized I told her no worries your doing good job..
Please get some more employees..

I feel it was a good value.
Food is usually good, but this is the 4th time they messed up an order from their app. Missing drink and fries. Last time it was a whole combo missing. Going to have to start opening every box inside the store before leaving now...
We order from here regularly and always have had a Great experience. Lately, there has been something wrong with every order it seems like.
They forgot our chicken in our chicken salad three times already
