Barefoot Bill’s Island Grill is a hidden gem! The burgers are absolutely stand-out—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. If you’re a burger lover, this is your spot.

The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, making the experience even better. The atmosphere is a little unique since it’s tucked away at the end of an indoor shopping alley, but that adds to its charm. Plus, there are lots of TVs, so it’s a great place to catch a game while enjoying your meal.

It’s also a bit off the water, which made it easier to get in during a busy day—no long waits, just great food.

Oh, and did I mention the burgers? Seriously, they’re worth the trip!

the line was ridiculously long for them to take even longer to bring food out (40 minutes of waiting) burger somehow came out cold and slightly undercooked. the waitress did not really check up on us to give the chance to ask for a refill. fries were pretty good.

Came on a very busy night. We waited a bit for a table but the entire staff were very welcoming despite it being so busy! Food was absolutely delicious!

We've slept on this place for a decade. When our hand was forced, we realized we had underappreciated this place for a long time. Give it a shot... especially the burgers.

Forgot to write this review because my friend and I were tipsy and had just been to a funeral and life is hard- this is for September. Let me tell you: Tamika was the best waitress ever. My friend and I ordered two baskets of mozzarella sticks. Zero judgement from Tamika. In fact, she thought it was funny and shared plenty of laughs with us. The cheese? Superb, and laid on cabbage to separate the oil. Genius. 100/10 experience. Tamika if you still work here, you’re my favorite server of all time and you deserve a raise. Much love! Also the floor was clean which was awesome considering it was in the evening downtown. If you know you know!

Walked in the back entrance and was immediately yelled at by server to go to the other side and wait in line. No signage to tell us this. Seated outside and promptly ignored. They up charge for everything. Was charged extra for ingredients on a build your own burger. Already overpriced at $16 then charged extra for cheese when there is no plain cheeseburger on the menu. Total tourist trap.

HORRIBLE PLACE!! WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO GO HERE. Drove 5 to see the Christmas Lights. Walked in too get a bite to eat. 2 groups in front of us were waiting on tables. Bar was wide open, so we sat down. 10 minutes later we were told to leave because we did not wait. We told the girl behind the bar that everyone was wanting a table. She gave us a dirty look and said we are wrong. We told her we will go to another place to get served. She said: Bye. Dark short haired girl. I will repeat this post as many times as I can!! We tip BIG very BIG especially during Christmas. TOTALLED missed out!!

Over priced crap. Spent 71 bucks on two burgers and a kids meal. Charged me 10.50 for three lemonades. Insanity. Servers were rude. There was a sign that said no public restrooms and so I approached a waitress to ask where a restroom was and she gave me a super smart rebuttal and rolled her eyes. Will never come back here. Save your money or spend it somewhere that is actually good.

Confortable place, it's perfect for have a ligth dish. The food was good and they have an varied ofert; if you have pets, you can be in the tables outside. They were so kind and bring to our pet some water.

BEST PATTY MELT IN FLORIDA! Also their Pineapple Cider is SOOO refreshing. The service was super nice! And entertaining! 😁
