i dont usually write reviews but WHY!? why did i wait 20 mins in the drive thru!! why did they pretent to take me order then not even have it when i got to the window !?! WHY DID I WAIT 20 more mins for my food !! for the manager to act like i didnt pay till the other girl had to ARGUE that i didnt pay!?! i will never go back no wonder they got no business. get better people or learn how to run a FAST FOOD !!! oh and got no straw no sauce no napkins NOTHINGGGG i wish i coupd give 0 stars. do better seriously! shoulda go my money back! oh and adding ! they put what i DIDNT want on my burger and didnt even put cheese be serious!!

Yall gotta give Will a raise for sure! He is such a positive individual, even if the food was AWFUL his customer service would be worth it. Best Burger King in the st Augustine area (coming from someone who lives here) I live 5 minutes from the Burger King on US1 and go out of my way to come to this location because it is just that good!!!!

We arrived at burger king for some lunch. We ordered and went to go get drinks and they were mostly out of everything. I had to drink zero sugar coke instead of regular. The tables and seats were barely clean. There were crumbs on the seats and on the floor. I love burger king but they need to clean more.

This restaurant is falling apart. Went through the drive-thru ordered a Whopper Jr I open it up took one bite and had to spit it out because it was so hot It looks like they either premade it and put it in a microwave to heat it up. I say this because the onions pickles and everything that should have been cold was extremely hot to the point where you could not bite into it. When did this company get so lazy with their food prep? Not to mention the upkeep of the restaurant itself and the customer care that these people do not have

This the worst Bk I’ve ever been to. They are so slow and laught cut up and not make meals. Takes forever for them to even take your order. I waited 15 for them to even take my order and another 15 for them to make a simple burger.

I honestly try to not leave poor reviews but unfortunately sometimes it happens. This place is terrible. I was the only one in line and got sent to the parking lot to wait, after about 5 minutes I went back to the window where I was handed my order. This is not a place to go if you like to greeted with a smile either. Also there were homeless people all over the place, trash strung about. Would not go back.
