“Our meal was excellent and our service matched! We started with the homemade onion rings and had 3 different burgers! The Cali, the Wannabe, and the Classic. All of them were absolutely phenomenal! The Cali had jalapeño infused bacon with the perfect amount of spice, the Wannabe had fried pickles and thousand island that made the burger, and the classic was exactly want you want out of a cheeseburger! All the burgers were cooked to our requested doneness while maintaining those crispy edges we all want! Job well done!“

Kat always greets us with a smile, remembers our usual orders, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine kindness make every visit feel like we’re dining with a friend. Even when the restaurant is busy, she never misses a beat and still gives us amazing service.

Kat truly makes Ruby Tuesday feel like a second home for us on Thursdays. We can’t say enough good things about her — she’s exceptional!

“Barefoot Bill’s Island Grill is a hidden gem! The burgers are absolutely stand-out—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. If you’re a burger lover, this is your spot.

The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, making the experience even better. The atmosphere is a little unique since it’s tucked away at the end of an indoor shopping alley, but that adds to its charm. Plus, there are lots of TVs, so it’s a great place to catch a game while enjoying your meal.

It’s also a bit off the water, which made it easier to get in during a busy day—no long waits, just great food.

Oh, and did I mention the burgers? Seriously, they’re worth the trip!“

“First time customer! The manager, Jason, and his team are very hospitable and very patient. I didn't know how the menu worked, so I didn't go crazy with customizing my order, but overall, it was very welcoming. If you want fresh burgers and fries, this is the place! Highly recommend.“

He explained that the hamburger meat is fresh (not frozen), and continued to tell us his favorites from the menu and why. We went with his recommendation - the butterburger sour dough melt with bacon plus crinkle fries. It was delicious!! And... Diet rootbeer! It's fast food, but Josh came out to the dining room to check on us. He is beyond great customer service, and really made this visit memorable for us. We stopped and picked a couple flavors of frozen custard on our way out (mint explosion and devil's food cake). So creamy and delicious (DEFINITELY get the frozen custard)! We'll be back!“

“Was visiting the area and looking for a nice burger spot. It's delivery only but this was by far one of the best burgers I have ever had. And the Chefs seasoned potatoes really blew it over the top. Price was reasonable too. If you haven't tried it. Try it.“

“My wife and I came here for our 31st anniversary. A highly rated restaurant. My meal, steak bowl, was very tasty. The steak was tuff. Over cooked I think. My wife had a fish meal. I forget which. She was very disappointed in the taste and quality of her meal. I have NEVER see my wife complain about a meal before. When our waitress (she was great!) Asked how the meal was my wife told her. Later a woman, not a lady, came to our table concerning our dissatisfaction. She seemed to be insulted and left in a huff. Normally a dissatisfied customer is given a discount or a free dessert. Something. Nothing was offered. What should have been an enjoyable dining experience for Saint Augustine residents celebrating their anniversary was left lacking. 🤢“

“Great burgers that have the freshest lettuce and tomato toppings of any restaurant I've been to. Pickles and onions taste great also. And you can customize the amount you want. Also, there aren't too many places that have real dairy shakes. But you can get real dairy here! Steak n' Shake definitely has the best shakes, and during happy hour they're half price. A very friendly place and the owners really put a lot of effort into making it a very pleasant dining experience.“

“It was late and the lot was dark. Weren't sure if they were open but saw a car in the drive thru so drove in. It was a bit of a wait to get the food but the employees were polite and professional and the food was outstanding and I don't say that often about fast food or any food for that matter.“
