“We’ve been coming to Ruby Tuesday every Thursday for a long time now, and one of the biggest reasons we keep coming back is *Kat*. She is hands down the best server we’ve ever had — not just here, but anywhere.

Kat always greets us with a smile, remembers our usual orders, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine kindness make every visit feel like we’re dining with a friend. Even when the restaurant is busy, she never misses a beat and still gives us amazing service.

Kat truly makes Ruby Tuesday feel like a second home for us on Thursdays. We can’t say enough good things about her — she’s exceptional!

“My wife and I came here for our 31st anniversary. A highly rated restaurant. My meal, steak bowl, was very tasty. The steak was tuff. Over cooked I think. My wife had a fish meal. I forget which. She was very disappointed in the taste and quality of her meal. I have NEVER see my wife complain about a meal before. When our waitress (she was great!) Asked how the meal was my wife told her. Later a woman, not a lady, came to our table concerning our dissatisfaction. She seemed to be insulted and left in a huff. Normally a dissatisfied customer is given a discount or a free dessert. Something. Nothing was offered. What should have been an enjoyable dining experience for Saint Augustine residents celebrating their anniversary was left lacking. 🤢“

“As Burger King, The Famous Flame Broil never disappoints. The staff is great, but all the flaws are a fault of the big corporate greed. If only the greedy corporate officers would sacrifice bonuses to uplift morale and enthusiasm, you would see an increase in employee and customer satisfaction. “Great burgers that have the freshest lettuce and tomato toppings of any restaurant I've been to. Pickles and onions taste great also. And you can customize the amount you want. Also, there aren't too many places that have real dairy shakes. But you can get real dairy here! Steak n' Shake definitely has the best shakes, and during happy hour they're half price. A very friendly place and the owners really put a lot of effort into making it a very pleasant dining experience.“

“Dined there last evening July 13,2023. There were 4 of us and the meal was very good. We were very impressed with the service provided to us by Lindsey. She and one other lady were the only ones waiting tables. Lindsey went way above her duties to handle customers. I hope that the manager of this Applebee's appreciate this worker who went out of her way to provide excellent service and that the cooperate office acknowledges good employees.“

“We did a catering order today for a local school for 160 people and they were AMAZING to work with! We had a VERY strict pick up time of 7:00 and not only were they ready when we walked in. They walked it out to our car and loaded it up and we were on our way at 7! Communication was amazing as well. Verified the night before what our order was and make sure we had everything we needed including ketchup, syrup, serving utinsels and paper goods. The teachers were thrilled and commented how good everything was!“

She is always friendly and makes you feel welcome! My go-to are the bacon, egg, and cheese croissants (2 for $5) and they are always hot and fresh! Absolutely delish!
