“We’ve been coming to Ruby Tuesday every Thursday for a long time now, and one of the biggest reasons we keep coming back is *Kat*. She is hands down the best server we’ve ever had — not just here, but anywhere.

Kat always greets us with a smile, remembers our usual orders, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine kindness make every visit feel like we’re dining with a friend. Even when the restaurant is busy, she never misses a beat and still gives us amazing service.

Kat truly makes Ruby Tuesday feel like a second home for us on Thursdays. We can’t say enough good things about her — she’s exceptional!

“new to town and decided to try this restaurant since it's only 5 minutes away. Boy am I glad I did! I got the pan fried fish and crab cake. It was amazing and very heavy portions as well. my boyfriend got the swiss burger which was just as delicious. and the service was amazing. Sam was our bartender, she was very helpful and gave us 10/10 service. Will definitely be back again very soon.“

“I'm a dialysis patient in st augustine. 3 times a week after treatment i go to whataburger for my triple cheeseburger. When your paying 13 bucks for just the burger you don't expect consistency of quality to be an issue. Normally this meal makes me really happy and helps me feel much better after dialysis. Sadly today after having to watch 3 cars behind me receive thier orders first my burger arrived in a sad state. Normally it's freshly grilled and juicy. Today the patties were dry as cardboard made only worse that they forgot to include the tomatoes I'd asked for. Suffice it to say not at all the experience I'd been expecting. But since I do love this burger so much when they get it right I will be inevitably returning for another one next dialysis. The staff are always super courteous and for the most part I can absolutely recommend this establishment.“

“We have been visiting our local Culver's a little more frequently, and each time we go in, the staff is extremely friendly to us and accurate with our orders. We even forgot to mention specifics for a concrete mixer custard, and instead of giving us attitude, they just made it happen. Great staff and great food (quality and quantity). We will definitely be going here from now on for our fast food needs.“

“My wife and I came here for our 31st anniversary. A highly rated restaurant. My meal, steak bowl, was very tasty. The steak was tuff. Over cooked I think. My wife had a fish meal. I forget which. She was very disappointed in the taste and quality of her meal. I have NEVER see my wife complain about a meal before. When our waitress (she was great!) Asked how the meal was my wife told her. Later a woman, not a lady, came to our table concerning our dissatisfaction. She seemed to be insulted and left in a huff. Normally a dissatisfied customer is given a discount or a free dessert. Something. Nothing was offered. What should have been an enjoyable dining experience for Saint Augustine residents celebrating their anniversary was left lacking. 🤢“

“As Burger King, The Famous Flame Broil never disappoints. The staff is great, but all the flaws are a fault of the big corporate greed. If only the greedy corporate officers would sacrifice bonuses to uplift morale and enthusiasm, you would see an increase in employee and customer satisfaction. That alone would drive sales and an increase in customer returns. This would put the Flame back in Burger King.“

“Sophia was excellent!! I feel so great after my massage. It was very relaxing and perfect pressure. The place was clean and welcoming. I was traveling through on my way to Florida and stopped here and I am really glad that I did. It was an excellent massage. She even targeted specific areas like my knees that were sore from traveling. Would definitely stop in again!“

“We did a catering order today for a local school for 160 people and they were AMAZING to work with! We had a VERY strict pick up time of 7:00 and not only were they ready when we walked in. They walked it out to our car and loaded it up and we were on our way at 7! Communication was amazing as well. Verified the night before what our order was and make sure we had everything we needed including ketchup, syrup, serving utinsels and paper goods. The teachers were thrilled and commented how good everything was!“

“Food was delicious. Server, Scott, handled a group of 12 ladies playing bridge and moving after orders were placed and again when he delivered individual bills which is not easy. Facility is lovely. Atmosphere was very nice. My single complaint is that there is no parking close to this restaurant - quite a distance from parking lot of golf course to The Legends. My WGV salad was topped with a large portion of Salmon which was cooked perfectly and was delicious..

Wheelchair accessibility: I think it would be possible to have someone push a wheelchair up the available ramps, but it is quite a long distance and slightly hilly.“

“Great burgers that have the freshest lettuce and tomato toppings of any restaurant I've been to. Pickles and onions taste great also. And you can customize the amount you want. Also, there aren't too many places that have real dairy shakes. But you can get real dairy here! Steak n' Shake definitely has the best shakes, and during happy hour they're half price. A very friendly place and the owners really put a lot of effort into making it a very pleasant dining experience.“

“Dined there last evening July 13,2023. There were 4 of us and the meal was very good. We were very impressed with the service provided to us by Lindsey. She and one other lady were the only ones waiting tables. Lindsey went way above her duties to handle customers. I hope that the manager of this Applebee's appreciate this worker who went out of her way to provide excellent service and that the cooperate office acknowledges good employees.“

“worst place to work, store managers transfer o.t hours to next pay period or remove them all together to avoid paying the employee o.t. they write people up when off the clock and lie on the write up when threatened to be reported to the labor board. they also hit sex offenders in management positions and change employees schedules without notice and write them up if they do not show up. They also write people up for being late even when the person calls and tells them they will be late.“
