Cobalt Lounge

The Casa Monica is a great place to stay in St Augustine but our friendly bartender, Amber, and her crew made The Cobalt Lounge rise from “hotel bar” to evening destination for both nights of our stay. Not just a server of excellent drinks - Amber is fun to chat with and a gracious host. More like drinks with a friend than the person taking our money. We had a great time and we will be back

Has a wonderful dinner there in the private dining area for a friend's birthday on February 13th. The serves and food was great. I reached out to a manager, Mr. Philip...right away after finding a problem on my credit card and he looked into it and took care of them problem right away. VERY IMPRESSIVE on the amount of time for Mr. Philip took care of this and correct it in a short period of time. I want to give him a BIG SHOT OUT! We need more managements like him. Amazing place in an amazing hotel. Ambiance, ambiance, ambiance. Comfortable and beautiful. Like dining in a museum but an approachable museum. Very Spanish and jazz. Super friendly staff. Literally everyone. Allows dogs!!!Nice craft cocktails. Excellent food. Minorcan chowder was perfect. Somewhat more blended than chunky, but still an amazing depth of tomato, pepper and clams.
