John the manager took my order but didn't put the cream cheese on my bagel at drive through. when I went into the restaurant to correct him and tell him that he should have done that his response was no we never do that but I've been going there every day for over a decade. He was rude disrespectful, didn't take responsibility or apologize for anything, and in the middle of our conversation, just turned around and walked away, leaving me standing there. Everybody was shaking their heads and saying that it was really rude, I really prefer the Dunkin' Donuts in the Shores over this place. It's dirty and smelly and management does not know what they're doing.

Trenard is the best person you could have working in the drive thru! He always has a smile on his face and makes a point to tell you to have a great day.
One of the assistant managers John should be paid more for all the extra time and work he puts in there.. Over all coffee was great as doughnuts were fresh and yummy..
