My application to adopt is pending, but so far, so good. Frisky Cafe's "Carla" contacted me the on day following receipt of my application-- e.g., the most prompt response of all rescue orgs., by far. With respect to the critical reviews for Carla-- they do NOT ring true. They have a large drink menu (they even have beer), coffee drinks are great with more than fair prices, the staff is always nice and helpful, yet firm if you can’t follow very simple rules. You can pet the cats, play with them, enjoy some time with kittens too in their special room
We had a great time; the area is spacious and there are separate rooms with KITTENS! So fun. And now they have boba tea!

Frisky Cat Cafe is a cute and friendly place with a special room for cats available for adoption, including those with FIV. The staff is patient and attentive, showing a true passion for the cats. Volunteers take great care of the healthy and happy cats, which visitors can enjoy while considering adoption and supporting a great cause. The cafe is clean and not smelly, impressing guests with its well-kept visiting room. It is a perfect spot to unwind and spend time with lovable cats, who have amazing personalities that many guests highlight in their experiences. The coffee served is great and better than most places, especially Starbucks, and is very affordable. Portions may be smaller, but this often works out since guests are often distracted by cute cats. A visit to Frisky Cat Cafe is sure to bring joy, and it is a place that encourages support for their selfless mission regularly.
