I wanted to share that I try to avoid this Panera because the customer service was terrible. It is Sunday and I am waiting for stores to open. I decided to take a chance and go get a bagel. I was pleasantly surprised by the employee that took my order. She got my order. She asked for my number, which was rare on occasions that they would even ask when I got to the window I gave her my card she offered, but she said they were giving away some air fresheners, but she was attentive...read full review
The coffee is tasteless, and the service hit or miss. Sometimes I have to stand and wait at the counter and employees see me and do nothing. The electrical outlets are broken in places, the seats are worn, the tables are not always clean and the restroom is not well maintained. I cannot get a decaf coffee after 2 p.m. That being said, I like the bagels, and it's not a bad place to sit and relax.
