I live across town and pass several Dunkin’ Donuts to go to this one. The people are nice, I always have a good experience and the interactions with their staff has always been great!I find myself paying for my husband who’s in the drivethru behind me and let them know it’s not a charity it’s my husband behind me and they always crack jokes!Great crew, great customer service!

This stores habitually closes before it’s 9pm closing time. I placed an online order tonight and arrived at 8:47 before closing time to ensure they wouldn’t refuse service and our box of doughnuts was literally thrown at us by a female from the drive through window. There wasn’t any acknowledgment or any thank you….nothing. I’ve never been treated so rude by anyone in the food industry.

Made an order on the dunkin app. Picked it up from the drive thru pulled out of the parking lot to taste the most burned bitter coffee I have ever tasted. I called to let them know about the coffee only to be hung up on 4 times with out even having them answer the phone. I will be emailing corporate about this. It is unacceptable.

This isn’t just a shout out to the location, but specifically to the 2 people working here last night on 2/13/24.Around 7:30 PM, my wife and I made a late Dunkin stop at this location, which is only about half an hour before they close. Fully aware of how customer facing jobs such as this can be as you try to clean up, I didn’t know what to expect as it was close to closing and I didn’t want to cause any additional stresses for anybody working there as people today seem to treat customer service workers worse and worse these days.But not only was I greeted with extreme professionalism and kindness from the 2 people there, but also with an extremely clean and spotless dining room, a good amount of selection even at this point in the night, and awesome quality from the items we got!I wish I would have gotten their names - one was a younger guy with a mustache, other a younger lady with shoulder length hair (7:30 PM, 2/13/24 - in case a manager can figure it out and give them kudos) but they were absolutely awesome. Their kindness was appreciated, their quickness in getting my order done noted. They were working on making sure the store was in good order when I walked in and it showed, looked spotless in there. And they made me and my wife an awesome iced coffee to exactly as we ordered. Thank you guys - you guys were awesome!Will be back to this location more often thanks to how great this experience was. I have been to this location plenty over the years, good experiences almost always - but this crew in particular was super awesome especially considering how close to closing it was.Thanks for everything!

Minivan Why
Just went through the drive through, got my stuff (or so I thought) and proceeded to head next door to get my oil change. While checking in for my oil change, the wonderful young lady who took my order popped into the window of my van, stating "you left without your food!" Surely enough, the bag I recieved was not my egg and cheese, but a multigrain bagel. Best. Customer. Service. Ever!

honestly... i don't understand how hard it is for someone to read a screen and make a sandwich correctly. 9/10 times I go my sandwich is made wrong. Now I'm partly to blame as I should just learn to check my food before driving off so shame on me for having faith in grown adults being able to do their job correctly but jesus christ, if the screen says NO CHEESE, don't put cheese on the damn sandwich. how hard is it to work at dunkin that you cant follow simple instructions? I guess it makes sense that you work at dunkin and make minimum wage. should probably earn less until you learn how to read.
