This isn’t just a shout out to the location, but specifically to the 2 people working here last night on 2/13/24.Around 7:30 PM, my wife and I made a late Dunkin stop at this location, which is only about half an hour before they close. Just went through the drive through, got my stuff (or so I thought) and proceeded to head next door to get my oil change. While checking in for my oil change, the wonderful young lady who took my order popped into the window of my van, stating "you left without your food!" Surely enough, the bag I recieved was not my egg and cheese, but a multigrain bagel. Best. Customer. Service. Ever!

We love Dunkin but there is a quirky thing about any of them. We always order the same thing, strawberry frosted, no sprinkles donut and a vanilla creme donut. It will say this correctly on the board, but when they hand it to us, it is never, I mean that, never correct. The strawberry will have sprinkles and or the vanilla creme will not be the white icing filling but the Bavarian. Can someone explain this?
