Watch out for this St.Augustine Dunkin Donuts on road 207 near i95 if you order online or delivery service, I had a delivery for 3 large drinks and some snacks and donuts. The employees put everything into a bag and sealed the bag where I Could NOT Verify the order inside the bag. So I asked if everything was in the bag and they said yes so i delivered the contents in the bag. I was messaged about a missing drink by the customer and so I went back to the Dunkin’ to pick it up, they questioned me about it but it the end they gave me the drink to RE-DELIVER. Thank you.
Just because we are delivering the food and drinks does not mean you get to take advantage of us thinking we are stupid, DO THE RIGHT THING AND HELP US VERIFY THE ORDER IF YOU GUYS ARE GOING TO SEAL THE BAG SO WE CAANOT NOT SEE WHATS IN IT!!!

Stopped during a road trip for a plain bagel with light butter and blueberry muffin. Had exactly what we needed. Restrooms were clean. Service was fast, friendly, and with a smile. Would stop here again ✔️

Today my.sandwich was just thrown together quickly, messy and gross but I go here a lot and besides this morning it's always been perfect. That kid making sandwiches didn't pay attention to any detail or appearance of the food he was giving out to customers. The young guy running front counter was wonderful as always and he's usually making the croissants and they've always been perfect!!!

Management doesn't seem to care at this location. So many reviews about the staff and poor products are very astonishing. My experience was similar to many here. It's a bother for the employees for you to be buying there, and it reflects in their treatment of the customer and the environment of the premises. Management, where are you or the owners? Wow, unbelievable.

Ok but nothing compared to New England Double D's .. The inconsistency is ToRRible and would definitely help if employees actually wash the pots when brewing new Coffee ☕️

I would have given them five stars but they messed up my order (drive thru) and I didn't notice until I was a quarter mile down the street. Anyway, I'll definitely go back. It's the only time my wife let's me eat doughnuts.
