Just ordered a coffee through drive through and as we’re waiting, I noticed one of the blonde haired employees sipping a customers drink before giving that order to the customer. The employees were aware I saw as well but it’s not like they are going to do much in that situation. I wish I didn’t see that more than anything, specifically because this probably happens more often than customers are aware and it’s absolutely DISGUSTING.

I’m a big fan of Dunkin’s chai and donuts, but this particular location had some issues. The floor and tables were dirty and sticky, and the cashier seemed a bit frustrated. I’m glad I don’t live near this location.

The people are very friendly but they are not making the drinks correctly. Not following the directions and just eye balling it. Whicg leads to paying for a drink that is mostly milk. My maccioto's are consistently weak that I have to buy a shot of espresso just in case. They rarely get it right so I'm forced to spend more money to make sure my drink tastes like it's supposed to. Today I bought a maccioto and a shot of espresso and it's still weak. It's like drinking milk with a slash of coffee. I payed 8 dollars for a trash drink. I'm sick of Dunkin and I'm just going to give my business to another company. Every store has this problem except the one by the Shores and the one on US1 near downtown st augustine.
