Falafel Queen

This little Middle Eastern gem is a family owned place. The food is authentic and delicious. We were a party of 12 which filled up this such little establishment. Christopher, our server, did really well. Thank you Ava & Bob for being so friendly & accommodating. We will come see you next year during our annual vacation.

They have the best falafel I’ve ever eaten! The good is fresh and made from I order. The ladies who run the restaurant are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Falafel Queen in St. Augustine and ordered two shawarmas. The place is run by a lovely couple who were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the food itself didn’t meet expectations. The chicken shawarma had a sour taste, and the garlic seemed off, making the sandwich hard to enjoy. I do hope they can improve the food quality because the hospitality was wonderful!

Delicious and fresh food. I ordered the eggplant pita and watched her peel, chop, and cook it to order. SO had the combo platter w/ chicken and beef so he did not have to make a decision. Very friendly service, despite technical difficulties with the Internet being down. This was our 2nd time eating here (1st time was delivery) and will definitely be back.

Chicken sandwich very dry chicken wife couldn't eat. Gryo pita was old and the pita bread just kept crumbling. Ultimately had to eat with a fork. Disappointing.

I’m from out of state here on vacation and chose this spot last minute. I can say this is one of the best Mediterranean food I’ve tasted. Owners were warm and welcoming. Everything is hand picked and freshly made. Excellent taste, worth every bite!
