My family loves the chicken pot pies at KFC The last few times we went to the US 1 location, they were either out or had a 20 minute wait to get any. I even ordered online in advance once to give them plenty of time. When we got there, we were told they had been out all day. Although it took me several days to get my money back, I will say customer service was very helpful. Today, I decided to call first to make sure they had some ready. A very nice lady answered the phone...

Ms. Jody was so helpful when I came in with my family to eat in. She was so patient in putting our order and the staff worked in perfect harmony, what a great amount of team work. The food was hot and tasted amazing. The dining room was spotless especially how busy they were. Five Stars all around.

The chicken and food is great. When I get there, he’s use not enough chicken and I have to wait 9 to 10 minutes for him to cook it and I always look shortstaffed this last time. I waited at least 37 minutes for my order which wasn’t right. They need more staff and training. They’re just too unorganized.
